A bunch of Anethionean villagers in a small hamlet near Goldshire have burned their Lector at a stake and confessed belief in Anethion as a living God, Light Incarnate as a man. Now they are waiting for his return to his faithful people...they are even cleaning and decorating the hamlet.

An article in Goldshire's local daily newspaper.

Small contingents of clergy-men and Shadowbreaker-knights beloning to the controversial Chapter of Holy Anethion have been sighted travelling from Northshire Abbey towards the largely Anethionean populated Baronies of Clearwater and Skypond.

When questioned about their intentions by Klaven Roberts, reporter for The Goldshire Post, the taciturn knights replied: "to do their Sacred Duty".

A lector beloning to a different contingent heading towards Skypond was less reserved, stating that they were travelling to help protect the baronies populaces from a "possible spiritual threat" warning Anethionean minorities in other baronies not bolstered by the Chapter to be "be vigilant and on-guard against the illicit spreading of false doctrines".

The Chapter of Holy Anethion has yet to make an official statement regarding the matter.

Rumor has it that there is a series of unexplained Curses in western-Elwynn forest. Authorities are beginning to get first reports. Curses vary from something as 'innocent' as skinrot when exposed to sunlight to something as devious as a young 8-year old girl transforming into a bloodthirsty axe-murderess with strength and agility well past her age. Something needs to be done...and fast.

They started last week thursday, and steadily spread from south to north along the line&branches till present day.

As night sets on the blue recluse a curious disciple asks an adventurer of the Freelancers for a Tale, he agrees:

T'was a cold morning as we headed out for Ironforge , with the blades at our side we stooped in Kharanos in Dun Morogh... We were sent to train with our dwarven Allies and improve relations with stromwind and them, but in the meantime the blades fought bravely against the unyielding Tents! We scouted the area, as hungry wolves and bears roamed the area. .. Though the Food and Ale in the inn was good too.

As night approached the murderess traitor appeared.... The infamous Vincent! With his fake Gilnean name and his Allies he managed to escape from the hands of justice... and... us of course.

The next day we welcomed our dwarven Brothers as they lead us to the Mountains. With their Long beards and frozen rifles they lead us up, slipping from time to time... Almost falling to our Doom! The view was... Magnificent, the Irongforge mountain...Simply great. They took us down as a Mother bear and her cubs were there... With those red eyes, we were lucky we avoided them... Bearly !! Haha!

Yet more comes.... The biggest part yet!.... The great battle.. -- .. Yes The battle of the Gates of Ironforge! Even the Regiment was there and Samian... and his famous Gut. Our blades sharp, and our harts freezing.
The enemy was on the move you see. Laying in wait. The front lines were glorious. It was chaos! People Screaming! Orcs Screaming! Samian Screaming like a little girl! They pushed and pushed and we held and held! Inch for inch!

Things flying everywhere, Arrows, knives, bones and Gnomes! I think i even got hit by one. (Disciple ask by what a gnome or the bone? )
By both! At the same time! I'm still not sure what was worse. Yet suddenly they broke , the line broke! Horde everywhere! Yet the might of the Alliance pushed them back, back into the cold valley.

While they regrouped. I was sent with our men... Well actually two women, fine lasses by the way. To vanquish the remaining forces inside the city. Blood... Everywhere, Women and Children hiding.... It was quiet.... So quiet ... You could hear Samian Screaming outside. Suddenly! A Undead was in my face! His face ugly as A demons! -- Yes i Slashed at the Creature! Yet it didn't move a inch! ...... *The story interrupted as the disciple spots some trouble and revives orders, he excuses himself and the adventurer leaves the rest of the inn guessing the outcome...*

(Might be a different as i told it in-game yet i had to rewrite only by memory it's close enough though, with some slight fixes.

Circulating among religious communities and theologians:

Rumour has it the Grand-Inquisitor of the Chapter of Holy Anethion has made a sudden edict proclaiming it the duty of all members of the Chapter, from lay-member to Ecclesiarch, to carry out a week's long harsh penance beginning the 18th of July. Apparently fasting has been made mandatory, flagellation and mass public groveling to the Light are also to be expected.

Non-Chapterian members of the Tyrrean Community have also been urged to show solidarity and carry out the penance, though it is supposedly not an obligation.

The reasoning behind such a sudden edict is not known.

Throughout Stormwind city, mainly in the Dwarven District and other impoverished areas of the city, word spreads of Ezlbag Bigsprocket's death. The infamous gnome was, according to rumor, murdered in front of his favorite pub: The Shady Lady.
The bar, and it's alley, are being frequented by old 'friends' of the gnome who go there to look upon this great gnome's body and pay them their last respects. Others just want to be sure he is dead.

Overall, the Dwarven District is greatly in mourning for the loss of one of their greatest patron.

((Bag is dead indeed, and we have placed his body on a bier in the house behind the Shady Lady. Those who knew Ezlbag will be allowed into the infamous alley without trouble to pay their last respects to the gnome.
The Bier exists of a barrel of brandy with his coffin placed upon it.))

Throughout Dun Morogh it seems that most hovels around Kharanos and Brewnall Village that once housed Dwarves of clan Strongbrew seem deserted, rumors say the Dwarves have left for their hidden clan holds around the mountains of Khaz'Modan because of a still unknown threat.
