What's with that death knight woman? She seems.. icy and all, but I've seen her around on most troublesome scenes. Not to mention, she's been wandering in and out of the City in repetition recently. What's up with that?

I don't know, but last time she left the City, she was carrying a sleeping boy in her arms. I mean... what in the world?

Doesn't matter where the hell it's set, every bit of lore, bit of Stormwind itself, proves that such an execution wouldn't happen in Stormwind's settings.

People need to stop pretending wow is set in the stone age.

There is evidence that executions take place in Stormwind, there isn't anything to suggest that public executions don't happen in Stormwind. Zinkle summed it up, it's 'the guards getting out of control' - not something directly contradictory to the nature of Stormwind.

Also, Stormwind's form of execution is more like the stone age than the European 2012 setting many people act like it is.

Aislinghall? Aren't they nearly penniless? I certainly rarely see them at parties.

Oh indeed, they lost nearly everything when Andorhal fell. But I knew some cousins of theirs years ago. They used to be a fine family of mages, but how pitiful to see how far they've fallen.

I-- I saw Deathknights on their steeds. M-many of them. One of them was c-carrying this blood elf woman on the b-backside of that-- that foul creature... She m-must have been dead or d-dying!
