My old blood elf hated taurens deeply. It was in her background story. But one day she was saved by a tauren and of course that made her hatred turn into sceptisism instead. Her mind opened up a lot like it should.

Actually...belves are pretty much like nelves in those regards. Everyone who has spent some time in Silvermoon can admit it. Also, nelves aren't really involved in the council. So, belves are quite similar to nelves, in many many ways, the ones you named included Razz

I don't get it. What's with all the need to create and stir shit up amongst each other? Instead of going against people and elves and Trolls and whatnot (Speaking as the Emperor of SGE) there's perhaps a reason as to why we all banded up together in the first place?

I do at least agree with you at one point, Aeth. It's straight out, silly, that 90% of the Alliance roleplayers, is cuddling Death Knights, Warlocks, Necromancers, you name it.

To forgive the Death Knights, after what they were a part of (Or might still be, noone can know for sure), should be utterly hard. Against other alliance races, well. As said earlier, if your character do have a reason to hate, let him / her hate.

With regards to the Dwarven gentleman. And did so. You won't see Belven lolplayers annoy the hell out of the Rifle guys in Ironforge, and Zaelsino doesn't count - he's not a roleplayer and he's giving 'em challenge. :>

So by all means, go ahead, bring in the Nelf ammo. Aim; Teldrassil. Fire away!

On a serious note and to finally reply to the topic: don't confuse IC racism with OOC one. It's as idiotic as accusing someone for murder in real life because they killed a player in a MMO >_>

That is a massive exageration- In my (Long) time playing a Death Knight the vast majority of characters shun/hate/spit/etc us with a rare few (Ironically, almost always Paladins) taking into account the 'true' history of them.

PS: "responsible for organizing the work schedule of the Council meetings as well as keeping order during the meeting and calling votes" sounds more like a secretary than a "leader" to me. Wink

Well, he's a severe nationalist, so to speak, heh.

He doesn't hate the draenei like he hates the orcs, but he basically just keeps the Alliance together since it's beneficial; his primary interest are humans and Stormwind, not any of the other races of the Alliance. He's basically Garrosh's Alliance counterpart.

Well, if we take all things into perspective like that, he'd cleave ANY councillor in half with a "who the f*ck told you we need a council?", then proceed to half the guard guilds with a "we HAVE city guards. go farm something or go capture orcs." and then proceed to pretty much anyone who has anything different than what is set by NPC's, wouldn't he? He is the pissy type, after all. Wink

PS/Edit: Random thought.. Varian would be an awesome alternative for the new Lich King. And noone would really expect it either. Kinda like the Spanish Inquisition!
