Introduction
A brief description of the concept of the Azerothian Home Front was given in the form of verbal presentation, it was explained that at current the group has no official standings, political representatives or authority, everyone in attendance was in agreement and clearly understood the terms of the group at present. After some brief introductions between all attendees it was decided to form an agenda that can both be our plan of action, and proposal to the Ironforge Senate and Stormwind Council. A very basic set of guidelines have also been decided on.

Guidelines

- Members of the organisation must be aligned with the Alliance

- The organisation is strictly a charity, not-for-profit and/or personal gain

- Our focus will be on what -can- be achieved

Agenda

Housing:- Citizens of Alliance lands have been left homeless following the devastation of the first Legion attacks, a key focus of the A.H.F will be to combat this huge issue in any manner we can. A suggestion was made to conduct a survey in which we enquire amongst capital city residents if they are willing to take in someone rendered homeless as a result of these horrendous attacks. (Survey results to be presented at next meeting of the A.H.F)

Food:- Both at present with Legion attacks, and preempting shortages and damages with military movements the attendees discussed the ipact of food shortages and how to combat them in the coming months. Initial decisions have been made to seek donations first and foremost for those who have lost everything in the initial attacks, leaving longer term goals for another time, upon next meeting a food bank will be organised to distribute what we can amongst refugees.

Medical supplies:- The topic of injuries was raised due to the severity of current attacks, and attention drawn to how to best help those currently affected by the attacks. Suggestions were made to both seek out assistance in the form of professional healers and factions such as the Cenarion Circle and the Church of the Holy Light, but for immediate action to stockpile supplies such as bandages and medical kits, to be gathered and brought forward to the next meeting of the A.H.F.

Heaquarters:- The A.H.F. will need an official headquarters, as discussed by attendees, one viable option is to set up a relief camp to both focus our efforts on helping affected civilians and have our meetings where we will be working. Another option is to seek advice from political parties on where we may be able to setup an official headquarters in a capital city.

Conclusion

In closing the A.H.F have decided their initial goals, I will personally be attending the Senate and Council to present our agenda and seek further support where possible, the concept has been received well and seen initial support already.

The Azerothian Home Front are in dire need of assistance. While we may not be heroes, warriors, fighters and mages, we are trying our utmost back home to keep things going smoothly. In the absence of many of Azeroths protective orders, circles of magi, gatherings of healers so on and so forth, we have found ourselves lacking!

We will be gathering at the Dalaran Beer Garden on Wednesday evening for a question and answer session with you, Azeroths finest!

Consider this open invitation, and if you're lucky enough to snatch up a poster such as this one, bring it with you for a free refreshment!

Hopefully tonight will have a good selection of new attendees, given our relocation, and there are many topics I'm hoping to cover!

First topic
Assistance, as always will be requested from those attending. My hope is that our central location in Dalaran will encourage all matter of heroes and so on, and we can discuss moire constructive matters. Where we should focus investigations/patrols and so on (a need for which will become evident in the following topics). As well as the possibility of learning from our hero attendees!

Second topic
Southern Elwynn disappearances! It has been reported to me that livestock and goods have gone missing across Elwynn forest, (Could just be Kobolds) this could be any manner of foul play at work. Not that I'm implying a dreadlord is disguised as farmer Giles down the road, but you never know! With some luck the attendees will have some suggestions about how to best look into it.

Third topic
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] As I've been informed by some friends back in Stormwind, something gruesome has been occurring, and this is exactly the sort of thing I was worried about when so many of our forces have been redirected to the Isles. I have absolutely no idea how we can help with this, but damn it we'll try!

Final topic
Wrapping up the evening and open discussion with all those who attended. This is the part where attendee business can be noted and addressed, so if you've received a copy of the agenda (this piece of paper) then HERE is where you can speak of your business at tonight's meeting

GUEST SPEAKERS WANTED
The Azerothian Home Front are seeking individuals to either host a meeting, or speak as a guest as a professional or specialist on their chosen field of work. Our job leads us into many an obstacle and all input is welcomed. Our primary request at the moment is a speaker to discuss the very basics of magical arts (the kind of facts useful to a magically ignorant civilian), discussions about survival techniques and cooking on a budget.

Philosophical and spiritual talks are also welcomed, be it from priests or paladins sharing teachings of the light or otherwise. As the A.H.F. grows as do our goals.
