Seems to me like a generic RP guild as a catch all would be great. And I loved this civilian RP concept.

ok, I haven't read every post, but what comes to civilian rp, my char is trying to promote it as minister of internal affairs. If you have ideas, wishes or anything, contact Emiraude, my alt/main.

Here's some of the rp, I have created and trying to keep on going:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] works like RL community colleges. Anyone can teach anything to anyone. Very casual. Just tell lesson, time and place.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] takes place last friday of this month (29th)an it's for ALL alliance races, religions, cultures, you name it.

I think the thread is a bit out of date, considering the OP did change servers. Still, i might be wrong and i know Iriel is still around (just busy with RL).

If you want civilians you better find them. Here is a hint, you won't find them in this thread on this forum for sure.
