Tried to kill my main so many times and sent him off but he always comes back because I'm overly attached to him. :/

Then you must kill it for the good of RP! Dont be overly attached, cut that char down and reroll.

If you're so overly attached, why kill him/her off? You'll only bathe in tears for doing so.

Yeah, don't take a sacrifice for some notion of quality if you legitimately aren't going to enjoy it.  The people going >: | at your character being alive will still be >: | when your character gets ressurected because you miss them, or retconned to alive, or >: | at the next dude they think should die.

inb4 exceptions.

I've tried to do some kind of nice plots or just wanted to kill my character off at that certain time. But after max a few weeks, I'd realize I just can't do it. :p

I'm also guilty in this.. so many tries.. It ended up with me sending him off to a farm or something somewhere where he can do stuff, or not.. Havent decided where he is or what he is doing yet. This also opens room for me to bring him back on occasion(well, it would if I didn't make my rogue a belf.)

I only really enjoy RPing consistently if it's with someone whos character my own characters works well with in one way or another.

I generally enjoy RP with most people. I like learning the stories of the smaller, more silent chars, because they often have the more rich and interesting backgrounds and experiences then those loud and attention seeking.

Partly RP related confession:
I want to get back into RP after somehow ending up not doing it for a while, but I've grown a distaste for my old characters and their current situations, and I don't want to be in a even slightly military/adventure themed guild.

I've had time to put some pretty kick ass transmogs together though, so I've got that going for me...

I have a horrible habit of wanting to RP characters well outside the Horde/Alliance bounds, and it ends up where I either find a close-knit group of people to RP with (which has left me with some amazing friends), or I can't find ANYBODY to RP with.

I guess no one said confessing would make me feel better, but if I had known it would make me feel worse then ever I wouldn't have even bothered checking the topic every now and then. Just goes for show that I won't be missed any time soon.

Your RP may or may not be enjoyable. I've only encountered it very rarely. As such, I personally won't notice if you stopped logging in. Just like I wouldn't notice if 90% of the RPers on this forum stopped and 99% of them wouldn't notice a difference if I stopped either. The world doesn't revolve around you, me or Siegmund's aunt's beard. It just revolves (man, I dislike that word for some reason).

On the forum you bring about some fun, but also quite some teenage angst, aggression and stuff I and many others probably wouldn't like to get too much involved in, as much out of a respect for your own ability and right to deal with your own problems as anything else. Some things are fit for forums, some things are fit for private conversations with friends. It can be hard to separate between the two.

I feel like I missed a deleted post, but: if you're feeling terrible and like everyone ever wants to avoid you, sometimes the former compounds the latter. Venting is more than okay but you need to watch others' threshold for taking it. They can be an ear to lean on, but they have to be a willing ear and they can't be your therapist - that just puts a strain on friendships.

Weird example: I joined a guild once where the guy was dropping mentions about their suicidal status in /g. I said I wasn't comfortable with it, they seemed okay with this...Then dropped a mention about how they got broken up with and both their new boyfriends died in a horribly tragic way within a month of eachother. They didn't respect my need to...well, not read about depressing/tmi/overshare stuff in a guild chat so I quit.

I'm not saying you necessarily did anything like that, but if you're posting stuff like "Just goes for show that I won't be missed any time soon."...That can be a 'run now don't walk' red flag to a lot of people. Like idk I think I've posted about my anxiety impacting stuff in this thread before, I feel I kind of have to watch my 'workload' of peoples' problems and that or I'll just kind of - idk, not feel great. So don't bottle it but watch your public wording a bit.

If you're worried about dyslexia on the Rp front, I think Monrena had it and they seem to do fine. I heard of one case where someone had a dyslexia issue and a pair of snazzy orange glasses cleared up the 'help letters blurrin together' thing, pretty sure that was a rare case but if you get help shit can become manageable.

On the case of Dyslexia, Thorvald, I suggest the addon called 'Misspelled'

It helps me a LOT in rp, since I have mild dyslexia myself by helping me correct my writing. It's great, and I can recommend it on the warmest.

As Nope say, bringing personal problems up can be good if you have strong friends willing to led a hear, however most people on a forum like this will just mock teenage angst, and you'll probably end up being made fun off instead. I suggest talking to your friends in private, or perhaps found a forum where people do discuss these sort of things. I wish you the best of luck, and I promise you it does get better. Teenage hormones can make everything seem black, but it does get better. ^^

Sorry to be blunt here, but no, you won't. And the irony in you whining about it is that your whining and attention whoring is the exact reason why you won't be missed. If anybody has anything to comment on your post, they'll do it. If nobody does, maybe your post isn't interesting. Shut the hell up and go somewhere else for sympathy. Nobody shut down your confession. Nobody was rude to you about it. You have no right to complain about any of this.
