Ashal Anore is growing, but we still need you! And you to the right! And your friends too! So if you are any of those people I just mentioned, make sure to seek us out and you can join our ranks! It's just a couple of whispers away!

Come on people! Don't be afraid! Ashal Anore wants more pointy-eared Sin'dorei! And others, not as pointy-eared Sin'dorei.. I don't actually think it matters how pointy your ears are, aslong as you're Sin'dorei..

I've been thinking about getting back in the Blood Elf saddle... I just don't know which class to use this time 'round. Paladin again? Death Knight maybe? Warlock? ....Warrior?

I'm please to announce the successful ending of our first adventure, with no casualties! (as of time of writing :/ ). A synopsis of the saga can be found at the third post of this thread. Thanks to all who made it to the events.

After Time of writing Councilor Ravensun suffered a minor head trauma. xD Will wear bandage and be weak for a bit.

This rule now seems obsolete looking at your roster
Recruitment
As stated above, we will take all Sin'dorei regardless of level and class. However, bear in mind that in Quel'thalas, some classes will have more political swing than others. Death Knights are not allowed. Sorry.

They are allowed now, wasn't from start. But then us in the guild realised that there's no reason not to have them there. We are after all a representation of the Sin'dorei society, and even if death knights might belong in the lowest part of the society (being all dead and that), they are still a part of it. So now Death Knights are allowed, as might be seen in our guild already.

Indeed, Silvermoon now has the unit of paramilitary Risen, for those Death Knights who wish to indulge their need to inflict pain. Of course, Death Knights may also be guards, officials and civilians, though it may be a bit difficult for them to supress their darker sides.

Re: [H] Ashal Anore (Sin'dorei)
Just realised the census hadn't been updated since late August Fixed, and will promise to update it more regularly.
We're still seeking Elves to act as Guardians of Silvermoon (I hate having to put the Blood Knights in the position. They're not guards, they're a military force), a Ranger-Captain of the Farstriders, and more able-minded Sin'dorei to join the Reliquary.
MAKE A DAMN ALT!

*poke* what are your plans for WoD, guys? I'm hoping to be warlocking around the horde for a bit, and I'm looking for the right guild to attach myself to.

Re: [H] Ashal Anore (Sin'dorei)
A little bit of extrapolation:
- The people going through the portal straight away believe it to be something akin to a suicide mission. They do not expect to come back.
- Lord Theron will not want want to throw the full might of the Sin'dorei into such a scheme, even though it is entirely necessary to stop the Iron Horde. As I've always believed, the Sin'dorei will be relatively weak in terms of numbers for centuries. When 90% of your race is killed, you're not going to get back on your feet even in a decade.
- Silvermoon must remain protected.
-Ashal Anore is not a military unit. The majority of it's members are civilians and scholars.
For these reasons, I'm going to say that Silvermoon would not officially send many troops. However, we all know that Lady Liadrin is going with her Sunsworn, so anyone who wishes to head into the portal straight away can do, they can be recruited by Her Ladyship or something. All in all, it's the individual players choice whether to leap before they look. But I will stress that if you go through the portal, I don't expect you to be wondering around Silvermoon for at least a few weeks. I really want a sense of being cut off. Mages *can* make portals between Draenor and Azeroth, as evidenced by the silly Kirin Tor in the Everbloom dungeon. But I want it to be incredibley difficult, so as not to allow quick portal jumps, thus negating any sense of peril and solitude.
Naturally we will be travelling there at some point, some time after the first wave, so to speak.

I am mostly looking for RP beyond the portal, so maybe Bolod Wolf Clan or Shatterskull Marauders will be a better option for me.
That or just follow Orcs of the Red Blade around xD

Re: [H] Ashal Anore (Sin'dorei)
Beginning in WoD, we are happy to announce the creation of the long awaited PvP wing of Ashal Anore. Not only will we be focussing on battlegrounds and arena matches, those dedicated to the cause of the Sin'dorei may also be granted the moniker 'Sunsworn'. Affiliated with Lady Liadrin's force on Draenor, Ashal Anore's Sunsworn will not just be based in Talador, but rather roam the wild lands of the Orcish homeland, combating threats from the Alliance.
We also welcome Death Knights as Ebon Emissaries. As all DK *should* be affiliated with the Ebon Blade, we've decided that any DK in the guild will act as a representative of Acherus. The Sin'dorei can't feel comfortable having their dead heroes and champions wandering the streets, but will tolerate them when under the banner of the Ebon Blades. And as Quel'thalas is so close to the necropolis, it's logical that we'd wish to foster good intentions with one another. Even if they are undead....

Re: [H] Ashal Anore (Sin'dorei)
Alright... if you're reading this recruitment thread, there's a chance that you're not in the guild yet...
So ask yourself the question: "Why am I not in the guild yet?". If the answer is "I don't know why.", then you have no reason not to join, so join now!
If the answer is "because I don't have a Sin'dorei character.", then ask yourself: "Why don't I have a Sin'dorei character?". Once more, if the answer is "I don't know", there's no reason not to create one! And when you have one, join the guild!
Other arguments are invalid and you should join the guild.
Have a continued good morning/day/afternoon/evening/night, depending on what time it is when you read this. -Sal

Why do you use "Sin'dorei" instead of "Blood Elf"?

I could of course use Blood Elf too, but I've started to get used to saying Sin'dorei, and well... now it just becomes Sin'dorei when I write something. Though, if prefered, I could write Blood Elf instead.

Why does it matter what he writes? Mate just go with whichever you prefer, Erwt is being pedantic for no reason.

Re: [H] Ashal Anore (Sin'dorei)
Sin'dorei is so much better than boring old common Blood Elf.
Really good to see sin'dorei rp flourish again
