What are you doing server maintenance?

Awful question I know. Some do special stuff to prepare themselves for the servers again and some do not. I for one do this:



Just need some entertainment until they came back up again and figured what the heck. Didnt find any previous threads before after a quick search so.

I think most of us did that at some point.

I tend to be at work when the server is down for maintenance these days. If for some reason I'm not I'd go do something else. Like play civilization 5.

Back in the good old days, maintenance (lasting usually for the whole day, sometimes 1-3 days) was the main reason for playing on other realms, though you'd still log out every hour or so to see if your own one was back up. Nowadays, I usually just forget about the whole thing before I feel like playing WoW and spot the info box when starting, then just do something else and log-in way later on if I still feel like it.

Yeah, extended maintenance back in the day always meant Rampage was down for the entire day ATLEAST.

Well.. If its late night I go to sleep.. If its a little earlier then that I lean back into my chair, turn on music and get into character by talking to myself, that or I go get a snack.

But really music, give the old forum a check, played some company of heroes, or red orchestra darkest hour maybe watch something. Still trying to find more games that work well enough on this laptop so my choice of what to do is bigger.
