Stormwind Festival – Lakeshire

Did you ever wonder if it is possible to do good and have a wonderful time at the same time? The answer is yes!.

You are invited to the town of Lakeshire (Redridge Mountains) on the Thursday 20th of June at 20:00 to join in on a simple, good hearted celebration. Booze will flow, music thunder, tables crack under the weight of food and several competitions and complementary events help you pace all the fun!

Theme: Maritime
Come dressed in the fashion of the seas! From Kul Tiras to Kezan, from Tanaris to Booty Bay, from pirate to naval officer, from fisherman to explorer!

Complementary events:

Darting Competition: who can hit the bullseye after several pints?
Fishing Competition: some just need time away from all the hard celebrating. Who can catch the most fish in fifteen minutes? Bring your own equipment
Dicing: want to take several minutes away from the crowd and sit quietly around a table with some friends? It isn't maritime without dice rolling!
Best Outfit: near the end the participants may vote for best male and female outfit of the evening
Drinking competition: when the night is almost out, it is time to finish off all the remaining rum.

Betting is not only allowed, but encouraged! Ten percent of the bet money will go to charity.

When the evening is done, remember to book a room in Lakeshire. Drinks, food and lodging are all provided by the town of Lakeshire. Help the town's economy and eat and drink until you burst, then help it some more by staying a night!

I like to think that the Blades for Hire made their own special little contribution toward making this event fun.

Who's left having to clean up that contribution, however, is another story entirely.
