Stormwind Community Meeting - 20th June at 20:00

I hope nobody minds the initiative, but someone has to do it. This meetings purpose is merely to promote Roleplaying. By doing this i do not wish to step on anyone toes, claim or gain any 'power'. Its just a fact that Zinkle have not kept one for 5 months. If someone else wishes to take over and hold these meeting i am more than glad to let them. Afterwards i will contact a moderator of the forums to post the transcript of the meeting to Minutes.

Its been months since the community came together again. For those who do not know what the Community meeting is about...

Briefly about the Stormwind Community Meetings:
The intent of the community meetings is to further communication between the active parties in and around Stormwind. This includes guilds and organisations situated in Stormwind City, Elwynn Forest, Duskwood, Westfall and Darkshire. Unguilded and people in levelling guilds who RP in and around Stormwind are included here.
The meetings are a place to share ideas, brainstorm, advertise RP and brief each other on what has been going on in their guilds and what might be coming up. — Aleric


I ask you, the community, to vote for the date of the coming meeting. Since i do not have previous experience keeping these meetings i will, like Zinkle, keep to the given suggestions by the original creator of the Community Meetings.

The meeting will go as following:

Recap – What has happened the past month? How are things progressing? Are things busy or is there time and space for more projects?


Discussion – What is creative agenda? This is a topic I’ve wanted to discuss with the community for a long time. The outset of the discussion will be based on this article about roleplaying theory on Wikipedia. We will discuss how it applies to roleplay in MMOs and more specifically to our community. The purpose of this discussion is that it will clarify what we already know and give us common terms to facilitate OOC communication between each other when talking about roleplaying.


Guild RP Lottery - Pair guilds together using d100 roll. Paired guilds are to find a new reason to involve themselves with each other. This can be done during the meeting or after, depending on if they want feedback from the others gathered.

Anyone is allowed. It (least used to be) a meeting between various organisations in Stormwind. The meeting itself is OOC, so you do not have to care 'where your character is at the moment'. Its simply a place to share ideas, and develop new ones.

Voting will end at Sunday, vote before that!
