Doesn't seem to be happening with Firefox or the safari on my iPod. Could be a bug with chrome?

I'm using Chrome aswell and it works just fine. Could be an individual bug though. Have you tried re-starting Chrome or your computer?

It's happening for me too. It's every time I mouseover the HTML code shortcuts.

Restarting Chrome:
1. Open up the task-manager. (Ctrl + Shift + Esc or Ctrl + Alt + Delete and selecting it from the menu)
2. Go to the second tab, Processes or something alike.
3. Click on all the Chrome processes and delete them one by one.
4. When you have deleted all, open Chrome again.
Restarting your computer for dummies:
1. Click the Start button, the one with the windows logo usually in one of the four corners of your screen - depending on where you have your taskbar.
2. Down to the right there should be "Shutdown" (or something similar) and a small arrow next to it. Press the small arrow.
3. Press the Restart function.
4. Wait.

Re: "Post new reply" screen a-buggin'
This problem has been persisting for a couple of days, and I start the computer fresh every morning.
I'm not sure if it's happening on my laptop as well, I'll check when I get home.
