Character off-screen status quo

((We only roleplay our character for a limited time per day or week, yet, we assume that they live life like we do: 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. What is your character up to while you are not around? This time your character spends without you directly contrlling him/her I dub off-screen time. I have decided to make this a post in the IC forums because I consider this information to be valuable IC data that can be used for roleplaying purposes; it may help to interact with players that are not online in a meaningful way. You could explain a character's absence while his presence ought to be expected, or things of the like. It also may give you space to develop your character without actually playing him by giving him/her an occupation that would obviously be dreadfully boring to roleplay but nontheless a valuable addition to your character. A thread like this might help us use our off-screen time more efficiently.

Call it your off-screen status quo, if you will; the neutral, passive state of your character, of which your roleplaying is the meaningful deviation.

Please keep it one post per character to keep the thread clean. Keep the OOC to a minimum.))

Thelos lives in Shattrath, Aldor Rise, but spends most of his time in the Lower City either in the infirmary or around the city helping to reconstruct and build better and more permanent homes for the refugees and residents. When he is not helping around the Lower City, he may be found meditating or exercising on the Aldor Rise.

Arenfel lives on Dalaran but his family home is situated in Redridge, which he visits rarely. While not actively teaching his Apprentice (Aerain Vierran) he is often busy with other duties, that keeps him busy in the Violet Citadel and adjacent spires. His desk is always stacked high with paperwork, pertaining to granting permission for Arcane research and other activities waiting to be carried out by lower members of the Kirin'tor. As an Abjurer, he also writes spellbooks on their use and application.

Nessra lives near the Royal Exchange in Silvermoon city. While she is not doing paperwork in the office, or otherwise found anywhere near the Sin Belore Headquarters, she is more than likely experimentating with poisons and antidotes in a laboratory near Murder row, or meditating at the Sunfury Spire.

Vrenya is currently travelling back and forth between Stormwind and her camp in the western part of Duskwood. If not found, she is most likely hunting in the nearby woods, or gathering information about other Gilneans.

Ehawee can always be found at some part of Mulgore, either spying on harpies or taking them down.
Not found anywhere? Well, you probably didn't look hard enough!

Exaythe lives according to a somewhat rigid schedule, devoting her time to physical training and practice of the martial arts, repetition of her magical spells, meditation, and study of history, culture, politics, latest news and magic. This leaves very little time for other activities, but keeps her in shape physically and mentally. She tends to wander the world so much that she hardly has a fixed residence.

Arkil has returned to Stormwind on business and spends the time between meetings wandering in the forests of Elwynn or in the Stormwind City outskirts keeping his training in check.

Kåsandra is patrolling the port-town of Rut'theran village in Southern Teldrassil. She has also been seen on guard at the Darnassus Barrow Dens of late.

Felîx has returned to Stormwind following a family visit to Lakeshire and can be found charting Naval warfare tactics aboard the docked frigate in Stormwind Harbour.

Sullee sits in the sun all day... He pretty much does what I do on him when RPing.. he lives in the DD, in a humble home The Don made available to his workers. He rarely leaves stormwind.

Kittrina lives in a smallish cottage/freeholding in Westfall, and spends her time training, taking care of paperwork, and taking care of more cats and other pets than a single woman should really have.

Timothy takes care of his sister, and reads. Like, all the time. Just reads, and researches magic. He occaisionally visits the house he inherited from his father, but it's somewhat haunted and twisted from many years of arcane misuse taking place in/on it. So the visits are always very short and nervous.

Kristeas lives near the Royal Exchange in Silvermoon city. Now that he has less paperwork to do, he has more time to do research and practice unarmed combat in the Farstrider's square. Ofcourse it all depends on when Nessra is done playing with poisons.

Tuomas is mainly a by the job worker, which means that he earns his little money working for various people in the town he resides(now Darnassus). In his free-time he keeps training himself and reading, being often in libraries studying.

Grenier is usually studying or reading, though he too keeps himself in shape. At the moment, he gave up on his experiments and studies about dark magic, trying to seem a respectable member of the society.

Monrena at the moment she is some what limited as to what she can do. Off screen she will be eather in deep meditation,asleep, Reading a couple of ancoress training books someone snook into the jail or in the corner quietly sobbing. Empathicaly related for draenie round her. She would give off a feeling of deep depression lonelyness and a feeling of beein trapped/choked and at nerly every opertunity now tries to bargen for releace. (will update uppon releace from jail)

Timna spends her time meditating, training or hunting all the while learning new skills and figuring new ideas, from time to time trying to find out what goes on in the City.

Ariandra remains in her room in Northshire Abbey, afraid to step outside just yet while dwelving deeper into the Scipture of Holy Anethion, vowing to become the best she can be and redeem herself of her sins.

Dréfurion lives in darnassus where he's busy with his botanical druidic experiments and figuring out the truth behind a collection of family heirlooms, if he's not with Raene of course.

Nalira is staying in Darnassus, but lives in Ferelas, feathermoon hold to be precise. She's usually training and or bugging Dréfurion.

Eówale spends his time either training the Cult's forces, training his own ability to use Shadow magic or running off to hunt some unexpecting Alliance scouts or farmers. The dead does not rest!

Braiden spends a fair amount of time processing paperwork on behalf of the house of nobles, the Stormwind magistry and his own house. He also enjoys good wine, fine art, beautiful women, yelling at his servants, reading and prusuing further knowledge in his alchemical/magical studies. In other words he's a busy man.

Yarnaat often takes long patrols that lead him all over Draenor (Or what's left of it). When he's not doing so he can usually be found at either Aldor Rise or the Terrace of Light, where he meditates, prays, conversates with others and trains with some, as well as teaching a few people in the ways of a Vindicator.

Tini Bentspring is a chef and servant of House Mistmantle, so she's usually busy cooking for Braiden, his guards, servants and the like. When she's not doing so she's usually doing some cleaning somewhere. At a few rare occasions she can be found lurking around in Duskwood.

Tillie is usually just walking around in Stormwind with a cigarette on her lips while bitching at people, or working at a store in the Mage Quarter. She hardly ever does anything else, really.

Zirien spends most of her time in the Elven woods (Teldrassil, Ashenvale and all that), hunting prey, tracking and just fooling around. When resting she's usually found up in the top of the largest trees together with her nightsaber. Every now and then she sticks out her head in Darnassus, but that's not so often as she prefers the primitive woods.

Ildranor, lives in Kharanos, where he resides with both his son and fiancee.
If he stays in Kharanos he often goes out to hunt, hike or practise his rifle skills, or those three combined.
Through from time to time he goes out to help the local Mountaineers aswell, when needed. Even after his retirement.

In the evening he can be found in one of the many taverns across Khaz'Modan.

Iltharen is a wanderer. He belongs nowhere. Yet, when he's forced to interact with the sin'dorei, he has managed to find someone greedy (and kind?) enough to rent him a room to simply 'stay' and meditate. Otherwise, he somewhere in the wilderness or the ruins -feeding-. Acherus is a place to visit sporadically.

Lexgrad - wanderers at the moment, guided by the light and answering the call of the Virtues where ever he can see it. (he could be anywere man... SW, Lordaeron... watching you as you sleep at night).

Una - Mostly stays in his chambers in the Acherus... "researching and pondering"

Milton - Works in his shop (Milton's Tailoring). Spends his evenings in an alehouse somewere or other.

Delidah spends non-sleeping hours with her nose in books and scrolls, researching spells and studying magical patterns... And new pranks. She carries these everywhere by means of magical hat.

Vrachos meditates.

Sunburn dwells the scryers tier, stuck doing paperwork for the blood knight order and getting in touch with "this whole light business."

??? eats things when she's not following Lexgrad around.

Zalissa spends time taking care of Vinian when I'm not playing her, and when he's asleep smoking/relaxing on the porch of her house.

Alorah is an artist, and rarely gets to paint when she's working. In her of-screen time I'd imagine if she's not filling out paperwork she'd be working on a painting or drawing, and if not new spells to create!

Adrielle is forever confined to her job. Even on quieter days I imagine she'd be sweeping the Command Centre and taking care of Samian's paper work. When not doing that, she'd be spending time with her cat, cooking, or sneaking off with Aldric.

Velynia generally spends her time reading, and writing compilations of notes detailing her observations on the comings and goings of folks in Redridge, recording certain people's descriptions, or if they come through often, frequent routes they would take. Yes, she's very paranoid. Otherwise she goes for strolls.

Daegran hobbles around, at a snails pace on walks quite frequently, reads in the Great Library, and once a month takes trips to Loch Modan to kneel before the Twilight Citadel, which you can see from some areas of the Loch, and pray.

Emrys has a certain wanderlust about her, she helps out the Reliquary in all regions of the world (mainly when I'm offline for a few days) with her useful talents at identifying items. When at home she reads, bakes sweet things, helps Solanum with his experiments, meditates some and... makes love? She's a healthy young woman!

Siluen is quite different, socially she does not do much. She spends most of her time with training, experimenting with poisons and going on (training)missions for her mentor Cross. The little relaxing time she does have, she probably spends with Cross and a bottle of whiskey!

Aishling starts her morning with meditation and channeling her felmagic and addiction(the equivalent of wanting a cigarette in the morning I suppose), which can take up to two hours. After that it's jogging the woods, and killing the Scourge as slowly as she can on the Dead Scar with her magic skills. After that it's either her office in Silvermoon or she goes traveling to other parts of the world for her work(my 'I'm offline for quite a while' reason).

Aithon starts his morning by taking care of a child, and then train and pray in front of his house. (Yes, he is a religious man!) After that it's off to the Hall of Blood to check on what he needs to do.

Amaryl As a Fighting woman should, spends mulitple hours every single day practising, training, fighting. Additionally she has her self-appointed duties to the bishop, and ofcourse she's just being a nosy brat researching the current state of affairs. Also, she has a horse and a gryphon to take care off.

Djego is performing in taverns across the land, is getting drunk, is sleeping, the snoring kind and the sleeping kind with prostitutes, harlots, tavern wenches and farmers daughters. as well as composing new materials and spending numerous hours with his expert team to direct strategy.

Arli would be catching up on paperwork he never quite completes, sending the bare minimum he can get away with to the Undercity officials. Other than that, he'd most likely be out hunting with his Thorn brothers - working hard to settle into the role of Thorn Master and overcome his self-doubt.
