Watch the death animation of Kill'jeaden. He is not death just pushed back into his portal as the heroes closed it on time before he could make his grand entrance.
And the Draenei probably stay here to regain strength and face against the legion once again with the combined might of the races.

Technically Varian is the leader of the Alliance, and Jaina is the ruler of an independant 'city-state'. As part of the Alliance and as she did not claim Soverignty he is her king. Had she called it the Kingdom of Theramore and established a monarchy, she'd be equal to Varian. Silly bitch didn't. But in that sense Kul'tiras has never had a monarchy and she wasen't really gonna start the tradition with her city state. Clearly due to all her references to Varian, she's also chosen him as her king, perhaps she believes in uniting all the Kingdoms?

You'll probably find that's:

A) Fan-Pic, i've seen better models for orcs made by players.

B) Dragonmaw Orc

C) Not Garrosh or all orcs would recieve a tune up or at least Thrall aswell..

A) The style looks pretty true to the whole Cataclysm model update thing Blizzard is pulling off.
B) The Garrosh action figure.

C) I hope so.

EDIT: and I'd like to point out this is the alpha. Some models can still be changed.

A few notes about that model.

How the -fuck- did that small insecure chieftain of the Mag'har lose his wrists and neck due to PUMPING OUT. TWo, that armour is totally inappropraite. Also, he isn't black enough.. Err.. I mean brown. Also I have this nigling feeling that come 4.2/3 there will be a big event to oust him for Thrall again. So I ain't bothered, it just justifies killing the orcs. Well, that and the promise that baby murlocs will cry.

Honestly, all models should receive a tune up. I mean...models look like crap compared to what Blizzard have been spewing up lately with all these new models.

Blood Elves, Draenei, Worgen and Goblin look great, why do the others have to look like they're in the stone age of gaming?

I agree, and I doubt it would be as much work as they claim it is. I mean, Kobolds and Naga look all shiney now! More SHINY than me! Moreover, the new human models (Arthas, Jaina, Varian and heck even Kalecgos) are kind of already completed.

Still only a Alpha model, they only apparently added him in the last patch to the test servers.

Will be sad though if only Faction leaders like Garrosh and El Presidente get fancy models and now players, though I wouldn't want my orc to look like that

Probably because they were made in 2004. It was a while ago. The texture work on them is actually very high quality, it's just that it's been so long now.

Thing is, if they update the models, they'd have to

• Preserve the feel and proportions of the old models, else you'll feel disconnected to the new skin and feel like you've lost your old character
  
• Make the new update feel meaningful enough, while still preserving that old feel
  
• Update the hairstyles, accessories and all that (not necessary, but something they'd probably want to do while they're at it)
  
• Manage to preserve the animations and rigging while still upping the polycount. This has a lot to do with proportions as well, but it could be troublesome in some cases

Either that, or redo all the animations and armor scaling and placement. Too much work for something that's not completely necessary IMO. I think they might add some lines here and there, but I honestly don't think we'll see a full, complete rework any time soon.

If you guys notice on the launcher, it's telling people to opt-in for the Cataclysm beta, *fingers crossed*
