Sounds like a huge waste of money and effort better spend on producing new content for little to no gain for the actual game outside of a petite niche.

Though it's made me genuinely curious whether Blizzard will even respond to it? I've seen them active now, locking threads, but will they actually respond to a query such as this? Suppose it's wait-and-see.

They might respond to it, Vangrel, but I do not think they will indulge it; not, at least, unless it is part of an already existing grander plan to revamp multiple "old" zones - and God knows there are multiple zones out there that need as much if not even more love than Gilneas with its wonky phasing. Silvermoon and the Exodar especially need to get unstuck in time. Badly.

Nope, Silvermoon has had its update in the shape of a box and four NPC's casting the channeling animation at said box. This upgrade is available in a basement stashed away in the north right hand corner of the map with nothing nearby it to constitute a reason to visit.

That's all we're getting for the next 2 xpacs.
