A brilliant idea, really! I can think of a lot of people who'd like to play this OOCly, and who have chars that fit ICly. I'd also recommend doing it open-world. Could say the Barracks have been fixed up and are being used for the purpose in sections? They are getting fixed eventually, right?

And nobody's using Westbrook currently I believe?

You could use the deadmines too, and make the prisoners work.
Like the dwarves use Gol'Bolar. I thought I had posted it before but apparantly not-....
