Additionally, the following changes have been added, as requested by the Stormwind Council and the Orcs of the Red Blade.

Chapter III, Article 1,
+ Prisoners of war charged of a crime other than simply making war, such as a breech of one of the articles here, may be tried and punished by the detaining power upon the conclusion of war.

Chapter III, Article 3,
+ The use of dark magic, including fel, shadow, or necromancy, is prohibited for interrogation in all forms except for mind reading.

Not adding these to the original document as that is currently circulating in mail. But they'll be on the final draft that will be posted in its own thread.
