Well, Felinaa does collect mounts ICly, but I stopped soon as I got my Zulian Tiger. <3

Finnabhair gets them, now. She has a mechano-hog, but I'd rather swallow broken glass than ICly claim that one. However, it's been DAMN useful to get people/low-level friends around and such! Mechano-hogs are worth the effort, or you can get the mammoth. (Which I do want...)

I just love collecting mounts, that's all! Been doing it since I started playing WoW. But I rarely claim any of them for IC purposes, rest assured.

It's not group pressure, it's called extra income. AND I'M LOVING IT!

This is just another example of Blizzard milking the cow a little further. And a fine example of whats to come, imagine the expansion where you could buy achivements, gold, experience, dkp, items, boss kills! Goons will be out of buisness!

I actually never wanted the mechano-hog, until Ulduar came out, when I was in The Secret Society, and I got assigned one of the mechano-hog mounts.

That sold me. Yes, it's not the same as the Ulduar mount, but GODDAMN, it was so FUN. I decided it wasn't so bad to have a completely OOC mount for Finnabhair after all! <3

-shrug- I would spend money to buy the mount as it looks good, but then again im paying Blizzard enough as they diserve so no deal. If it was a ingame feature which you could achive with some raid/epic quest chain, sure. But i aint gonna` spend a extra 100~ Euro/Pounds for some pixelised fun, and tbh if i wanted a cool mount i`d just pay Moop a hideous amount of gold to get a Frost Wyrm which infact im going to do soon :d

Even furthermore, the worth of the mount will run dry pretty soon even if it looks good. Just like with everything else that isnt per say a legendary weapon or the Quiraj Black Mount, sooner or later everyone and his mother will have one as it is easily accessible and its epicness will turn to just 'bleh'.
