It is normal, especially now with half the world being controlled by Nubian rulers, a lot of european families intermarry with my Empire. So there are a lot of mixed-blood on both sides. Heck, one of the HREmperors was black! And my newer generation is also distinctly more european-looking. Many younglings are actually culturally greek.

May I point out they were probably rather disciplined, they had a culture and an education. To compare Aztecs to the Celts is rather unfair and unkind to the Aztecs.
