I have a baron called Adolf, he has a mustache, I should probably dispose of him.

God.. I want to play so bad. Sad

My new computer, logging into steam, locked my account. But I forgot to change Steam's email to my new one, my old one is locked by hotmail.com.. So can't access it, to confirm that my new one is mine..

I contacted them about it, they required I got a CD-key from the game i bought steam with, thing is I believe I made an account before buying a game...

So pretty fucked.

In other news.. I have completely lost track of what's happening.

A bunch of big dukes have split from the Kaiserreich and I think there's a war to lower crown laws going on now.. the whole map is chaos!

I am still waiting for a mod to fix the Faction system, to stop Annoying Regular Revolts.

And I am up for trying to play it online. Almighty Kingdom of Nubia will destroy you all!!!!!

There's not been alot of revolts yet over in Europe.

The Kingdom of Frysia (I want it renamed to Kingdom of Holland) will own you sand-eaters!

Hmm the rules of culture spread are still a bit strange to me, but from what I gather culture can only spread in demesme, right? So if I make sure a Dutch person would become Duke of Flanders, and he directly controls most of his counties, the dutch culture would spread from his home-county to the rest, right?

Aye, if you are using the CK2+ mod, then having that person have High learning makes it faster. So turning it into the Prince-archbishopric of Flanders may be the way to go if culture-spread is what you want.

I don't have any mods.

I have the heir to the Duchy of Flanders at my court, and I've made his son Dutch and have very high diplomatic skill, when the heir inherits the Dutchy I will kill him so his son can start spreading the Dutchness. Will that work?

Fuck,

Everyone is fighting against me and the son I tried to keep away from becoming Duke is now Duke and I have to play as him. QQ.

As a note, I think that priestly dudes can spread culture only if they can actually change the religion, but I everyone around me is catholic.

I tried playing as Seniority, it is kinda cool. Oldest fool inherits. It has some advantages. All truces/treaties are tied to characters, not nations. And old characters usually have a lot of gold and piety. Which is good!

So... The Fatimids just conquered Greece and are invading Anatolia. The Davudids (successors to the Seljuks) are invading Anatolia too.

It would seem that an end is coming to Byzantium... And the Fatimids are proving themselves to be somewhat OP again.

In my game the Kaiser, or actually his nephew a vasal-king, holds all of Jerusalem and most areas around it. The other areas are mostly held by Europeans aswel, the muslims are almost completely extinquished.

Also the Mongols have converted to Catholocism, yay less heretics \o/

Also after alot of switching of power due to schemes, wars and the sort, I am finally getting control back.

Get CK2+ or Prince and the Thane mods, they are awesome and make game TONS more enjoyable.

In other news: I started as Kingdom of Georgia and grabbed Azerbaijan and Alania. Then reconquered Armenia from the seljuks. It is then that a massive civil war that lasted twenty years and saw succession of 5-7 Byzantine Emperors saw an end to the Byzantine Empire. In aftermath, there was my Kingdom of Georgia with control of Armenia and half of Nicea and Kingdom of Bulgaria controlling Bulgaria, Epirus and Hellas (Greece). It just so happened, due to intricate marriages, that King of Bulgaria had a claim on Georgia and I had a claim on Bulgaria. I narrowly won and unified the Byzantine lands and restored the Empire. People weren't too thrilled, so they rebelled. After 15 years of civil war, I had all major landholder in the Empire imprisoned. So I stripped them of all lands and titles and redistributed land as I saw fit, forging a stable and loyal realm. Then I went on conquest-spree and restored Syria, Jerusalem and Egypt to the Empire just as Ilkhanate was ruining the Seljuks. Many years later, I restored the Roman Empire and destroyed that foul pretender the 'Holy' 'Roman' 'Emperor'. And healed the Great Schism too. UNFORTUNATELY. The Golden Horde gobbled up all of russia, lithuania, poland and hungary and turned........to catholicism.

Who would've thought that there will be a great catholic mongol empire in russia, hiding the pope (whose residence is somewhere in Itil Very Happy)

I don't suppose my current game would be compatible with the mod?

Also, what exactly are the changes CK2+ make? I've found some short lists but I don't really see the changes except for those related to Holy Wars.
