I like to think that the indians of USA had planes and teleporters and magic and shit when we were still using lavatories in Europe.

Yes, but that's really simplifying things. Just because the national political standing might be solid, in a single party, doesn't mean that individuals don't have their own viewpoints, differences of opinion on smaller policies or believing that things could be better with a new system (but don't have the drive to push for it). Just because there aren't 'political parties' that people can get behind, doesn't mean that people won't have different opinions on the way things can or should be done. You don't need a say to have a leaning.
All in all, from my personal view, the only three races with a political choice in Warcraft are Orcs, Humans and Dwarves. Sure there are differing viewpoints on a case by case basis, but all races except those three are all united in -one- ideology and everybody who doesn't agree with that ideology are either a minority or an enemy of the faction.
There might not be much opportunity for choice, even with the humans, orcs, and dwarves (gnomes alone probably have the most choice, as they are a republic), but every member of a race is capable of having leanings. They are not the minority, they just typically don't lean far enough to desire a change in government. But it'd be doubtful that even most of the members of the races would believe that their form of government is completely perfect as is.

I did say that there are differing viewpoints on a case to case basis, such as perhaps one or two gnomes might individually think that Mekkathorque should be more aggressive in their war efforts etc., but they are still overall supporters of Mekkathorque and would like him to keep the president seat. I mentioned the orcs, humans and dwarves because there you have actual political rivalry between differing population groups of the races and Stormwind especially is tied into the "Commoner -> Working class -> Noble class -> King" sort of caste system that we had in medieval europe, which gives lots of room for nobles to actually oppose the government as seen with Lady Katrana Prestor for example, who basically ruled Stormwind in her time.
