Creating a Blueprint Empty Creating a Blueprint

Hello all. I am searching for some program or site which would be practical for the creation of a "Blueprint" of a many-layered fortress constructed within a mountain, portrayed from a direct upward angle... like, a floor plan.

The Stronghold of The Azure Flame is considerably larger than any ingame building allows us to portray, and since we are in the middle of renovations IC, I thought about drawing a blueprint of the place, but I am not quite sure with what program I could do it?

Any of you can throw some suggestions to my way?

Google has some sort of things for such I think. Checked and saw one like Floorplanner for Chrome, might be worth a try.
