Pick a nice flavour.. banana or strawbery was wat I used to do.. one or two scoups of powder, no more.. then 1L of milk rarther than water..

oh and dont use the cheap shake mix.. (at least that was all for me you may have diff products over your end of the world)

Usually protein drinks are meant to stay inside you, 'cause you usually drink them when working out or alike exercises.

Why is NIMBYism so prevalent these days? you can easily get just as much protein in tastier forms for cheaper prices

From my experience Dru-be-do it tastes like crap but meh, got to get it down. You could blend fruit into it maybe? Strawberries and 'nanas and stuff or yoghourt, I didnt as the big guys at the gym would call me names Sad

I already use strawberry. It just doesn't really have any strawberry taste (at least when used in water).

Those protien powders are really for bulk growth Dru. Unless you are pumping iron all they will do is give you expensive pee.

Up your portion sizes and have one good walk a day, maybe a cycle ride. It would be much better and give you a more natural figure. Lots of veg but have Dairy and (meat or if you must fake meat). And eggs!

protein will not make you gain weight

protein and a correct muscle workout will make you gain muscle, or 'bulk'

protein and no workout will either get you fat, or just make you bruise less, depending where you get your protein.
but if you want a list of high protein foods:

seitan*
tofu*
lentils
most types of bean/pulse
chickpeas
quinoa
soya milk
fresh white meat
most types of cheese
eggs
fresh red meat
any kind of processed meat <---- STAY AWAY :p

those are listed roughly from healthiest to non-healthiest, * = highest in protein of the plant varieties

just emphasizing though, unless you work out, you won't gain any weight from an increase in protein.

I'm aware of this. I've had this protein for a few weeks now, I only started using it now because I finally started working out again.

But in the evening, after being stupid adn COOKING DINNER that was WARM (I was an idiot, should have made a sallad) I did not enjoy it being close to thirty degrees indoors.

Sunny outside and warm = nice.

We cheered for rainy days when I was on boarding school because the summer was hot as fuck then and whenever it rained it was the "Okay guys let's drop our shirts and play in the rain cause it's gentle rain and this is so awesome"
