Everything is solved, thanks to MR epic Lexxy. (or well, we say it is him who did it) Apperently Lofera the one throwing the gnome party and all got kicked out of the guild, and everything is solved. The Navy will for now on use the ship in the docks, and the Nightwalkers will move to Duskwood. (good luck with that! Very Happy

This player, Volusia, whom has been banned from half the known chat channels, is now editing screenshots to make people look 'guilty' of 'harassing'.
It's ridiculous, and he still persists to whisper people and tell them about everyone's mistake and continuously rant whenever he has the opportunity.

Avoid this player. He is a 'griefer' and a 'loller'. It's best to put him on ignore, and report him to a GM whenever he sets his eyes on you.

(Only because you were talking about all the troubles you've had with certain individuals, and Perturbo scared me away with all his spam in the general chat.)

That's sort of my point, though. It's a valid claim precisely because there is no one else roleplaying there. Well, not that we conflict with anyway.

It's really not that difficult. The trick is not to claim things in the first place. You like, go to a space, and roleplay there. If you run into a group of other roleplayers that also want to roleplay there, you see if your schedules collide. If they do, you can decide one of three things:

Coordinate OOCly to better plan your roleplaying time and effectively share the space.
Coordinate ICly to better plan your roleplaying time and effectively share or - not - share the space (fight! fight! fight!)
Go someplace else.

It's really not that difficult. "Claiming" any space in World of Warcraft is nothing but an illusion in the end. All space except instances are public and shares with other players. Deal with it. You should't be wanting to figure out who has a "Valid claim" or a "Realistic claim" or whatever. Just figure out how to best share the limited space we have without resulting to wierd authorative arguments that are bound to upset at least one of the parties involved.

These ideas of 'claiming' stemmed from the Nightwalkers refusing to share an IC space. I'll not go any further into it because everything you've said is right, it's just the fact that you're saying it to the wrong people.
