I can't be the one noticing this.
When you walk, your hands are (almost) always moving forward and backwards. BUT, for example, your right hand is always moving at the same time as your left leg. When you're moving your left leg forward, your right arm does the same. And then, when you try to move your right leg and right arm at the same time, it feels very uncomfortable. Im guessing it's due to balance getting knocked off balance (Harr-harr-harr).

You've only just realised this now after nearly nineteen years of walking? It's funny though, I can remember some friends of mine a couple years back saying the exact same thing, then I explained it was for balance and they were like ohh shit, that's right.
