That and "Red" or Man'ari Eredar are supposedly masters and generals of the Legion. They're the ones being worshipped, not the worshippers. See Achimonde and Kil'Jaeden. That might just be the equivalent of a Naaru joining a Lightie guild.

Not telling you what to play, what not to play, what to invite, and what not to invite, obviously, but I want to usher this waning at least. Eredar can really schew up the power balance of things. Sort of like Dragons, I suppose. It's just too much!

Indeed. We would, of course, not invite an Eredar. Because - I can guaruntee 99% of the time it would be done wrong, and as Thelos stated above - We're worshipping them!

I wouldn't see much of an issue if the leader was Eredar though, since it'd be leading the worshippers.

Faralan: Aye, leading a Cult dedicated to worshipping themselves seems suitably narcissistic for an Eredar. Though, as you said, the only place an Eredar would have in the Guild is leading it, and I'd rather not just hand off ownership of the Guild to whomever happens to be RP'ing an Eredar that day.

We're growing steadily, frequent events and a few possible recruits \o/!

Speaking of events, if you are every feeling like spreading your wings in Outland - the Naaruvada has been hitting a wall in our organisational abilities since we lack proper antagonists. Perhaps we can lure you there with the prospect of some shiny demonic artefacts?

We'd love to come and pillage you folks anytime, Thelos, however our event schedule is pretty full for most of March, though we might be able to squeeze something small-scale in there somewhere. Poke me in game if you want to discuss this further!

Finally got round to updating the ranks to be more 'Class-neutral', due to the relatively new acceptance of nearly all classes, barring a few, even if we -are- still all-Warlock as of yet.
To summarise:

Neophytes are now to be reffered to as Devotees.
Acolyte has remained the same.
Cultist has remained the same.
Novices are now to be reffered to as Neophytes.

Just to clarify: They all wield the same authority and power within the Hand, the changes are purely cosmetic.

Yay for triple-posting. Seriously however, after an IC Discussion, revolving around the lack of secrecy the Guild shows, the Guild has decided to take up some form of disguise, branding themselves the 'Ironforge Alchemists Union', setting up shop in a small house in the Great Mountain city of the Bronzebeards. Just to clarify: The Guild is still a Cult, fear not. It is just, for easier acess to cities, influential figures and such, we have disguised the Hand as the 'Ironforge Alchemists' Union'. This will also cause a great change to recruitment, which is discussed in the imminent changes to the OP.
We'd also like to state we have absolutely no intentions of the Union being discovered for a Cult, and we'd like to steer clear of Meta-Gamer sensing that I have 'Dabbled in evil' in the past, with no logical reason, thank you very much.
If one was to wish to locate the Alchemists Union, you could swing by their office, at the far end of the Commons, next to the Military Ward.
