*Shrugs* Most common abbereviations like we're and shouldn't started out like ugly laziness also, much like modern text/chat/internet utterances like "Gratz" "Nite" "w8" and what have you not, and now they are commonly used. It is just the way in which languages evolve, and I am not sure why anyone would have a particular problem with it. If it's an aeshetic issue you have with it, I'd fight it; I think "Nite" is leagues aboute "Night", but perhaps I only say this because the latter reminds me more of Glorious Mother Dutch, and because it flows better with "Mite".

I'm going to rant about everything! Some of you don't rant properly, a rant starts with one thing, ends with another via all sorts of tangents, is vaguely offensive and is really just a way of letting of steam. So hear I go.

I would just like to know why people become idiotic, simple minded retards the second they walk into a shop. I'd give examples but I'd probably overload the database this forum relies on giving even a tenth of the pure idiocy I have seen in nearly 15 years of retail. Just had some particularly annoying moments of idiocy from customers the last couple of days and want to rant before I go on a rampage!

As everyone says in retail, could run this shop perfectly well without fucking customers!


Oh and US English, isn't English, just because Americans have to change everything to make it easier doesn't make it English. And text speak is for people who can't count to 26 so leave the vowels out. I once had a girl write me a love letter in text speak, she got dumped as soon as I got it, I don't find idiocy attractive. Use proper, British English, or don't use English, unless you are actually American, where although I will detest that you bastardised (Notice the s, not a god damn z!) The great English language, but at least you have an excuse, the rest of you, use proper English damn it!

Music, now you see, I have a wide range of tastes in music, I like to be a troll and tease people who listen to manufactured, talentless, electronic crap and pretend they like music, but overall, so long as they actually know something about what they are listening to, I really don't care. I appreciate weird high pitched noises made, not from an instrument, but from a computer, so therefore could have just as easily been made by a child at home, on his computer, while trying to find some porn with his Dads credit card, may be of interest for you, but please, please do not ever tell anyone that only you listen to music! If they listen to something made with instruments whether it's classical, soft rock or even Death Hardcore Black Metal it's more musical than the talentless rubbish you profess to enjoy listening to. You may not like what they listen to, but do not ever say "I like music, not that boring/noisy crap."

Seriously, when bored or really pissed off these rants can go on for a long time, touching on every single subject possible including my hatred for racists and homophobic bigots, my hatred of anyone who classes themselves Right Wing, not the person I want you to understand, but their silly ideals. My dislike of people who actually blindly follow a religion and yet seem to know nothing about it, or even able to sensibly debate a single point of it, you believe in a God or Gods, fine, have you ever actually come to that conclusion yourself or just done what your Mummy and Daddy told you!? If the later, you don't have an opinion, your just a brainwashed tool.
