ps: Read some funny stuff of the things Bachmann said: Apparently she talked about how she was going to close down the embassey in Teheran. While Iran hasn't had an US embassey in its country since 80s somewhere with that hostage situation.

She also congratulated Elvis with his birthday.. on the day that he died.

On the subject of Nigeria she also commented how she would not ever allow America to have a war in Africa. It didn't occur to her that Libya is Africa.

Seriously. Even my father, who runs a medium sized company, has people who check every speech he makes to rule out mistakes and possible points where he could offend clients. How do these people, running to become the most powerful position in the world, not have anyone behind them that checks what they're going to say and goes: Uh. That's bullshit what you're cracking out.

But oh well. She dropped out now. Good riddance.

Bachmann is just dumb, let's just leave it at that. The whole Republican field leaves much to be desired (bar, in my mind, Jon Huntsman, he is good). Let's just hope that Obama wins if the nomination is going to go the way it seems to be going.

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 25: Girl admits sex: The Salwa police have arrested a 17-year-old girl who was reported missing by her family, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. During interrogation the teenager said she had eloped with her boyfriend of her own free will and had sex with him several times. Police are looking for the youth.

KUWAIT: Seventeen people were arrested inside a Salmiya apartment raided by police recently. A special unit from the Criminal Investigations Department issued a warrant to storm the apartment following information about illegal activities it was hosting. Investigations revealed that it hosts parties for male and female guests with suspicious activities taking place. Seventeen young men and women were arrested, including three males who were charged with cross-dressing, according to security sources. The detainees were referred to the proper authorities for legal action. Security sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said that the raid was part of a current Ministry of Interior campaign against suspicious activities hosted in apartments, camps and stables across Kuwait.

So ridiculous ... and the number of "Kuwaiti man/woman beats housemaid to death" or "Domestic worker commits suicide" is just disgusting. ~~some people~~ kuwaiti's are just so horrible.

Really interesting and heartfelt, indeed. I must confess I recognize all too much of myself in this, in particular from the time I was still a vehemous pver and raider. It's a good thing all of the friends I used to dwell in basements with are all threatening to become usefully succesfull, so I have to commit to my studies just to keep up and stay relevant. You dont want to be that guy that gets stuck behind in a previous stage of life while all your friends sprint forwards.
