Though the event was nice. And crowded. Getting 50 people together at one event proves nothing. Infact, the fact that it gets mentioned as if its a feat or an example of how busy rp is(which it aint) works the other way around.

Found Loads of Ramdom RP and made a load to. The Dru thing was all random.

I think if we try to make a commitment to make more RP then there will be loads of random rp.

As have I Lex. This past week I've been purposely walking up to and engaging in roleplay with people I'd usually just walk straight past. 8/10 it has been worth it too. I'd advise it to anyone really, seems silly but you do see a lot of passers-by without even a greeting, grunt or emote to acknowledge you.

On the other hand... When I first started to RP guilds like the chapter used to slightly scare pirate dreth. People had told me ic about what they do and all. I used to watch but avoid so if you take the first step it could overcome that and lead to some cool RP!

Cartel where another guild from Dreths Pirate past. Bad cartel! Shooting up there bar still makes me chuckle. The 2 weeks of hiding from them until they caught me where wicked too!

Yeah that's what me and Petrine have been attempting to do. Random patrols where we put civilians on the spot for questioning and whatnot. It's quite fun. We even managed to find a human leading a Draenei back to his place for "coffee".. he got some nice third degree scolding.

I think Thelos is a tad bitter with us preaching at Drustai's trial. I remember the /glare emote he tossed me, thought I saw a double rainbow.

Likely you would have a tiny pyre waiting for the new born as it might be tainted by Drustais "necromancy".

The idea might be interesting, but not in a game that still pulls this many people in. Maybe in a smaller, much more niche game. But it's just a certain person trying to control and make a new idea all his, again. It's far too massive and rambling and silly a concept, really. Someone with true sticking power, dedication and people skills would find it very hard. That's not Ephitos.

Fair play if he wants to try. But it's just piss in the wind to me, to be fair.

I also don't know why people hold up any RP event HERE as proof of something to that thread. This forum, this realm, and that thread are different things. 50 people at an RP event is great, really is. Doesn't mean DB is the best. Doesn't mean we're dying. People have bandied round both views forever. The server still seems to exist, as does the RP. It will continue until the game dies TBH.

No need to worry. Just keep enjoying and having fun, isn't that why we all RP, really?
