As far as I know it's like 6 guilds vs. 5 forsaken? Unless Flumi manages to make other Horde guilds come.

We have a blood knight guild now. They could possubly be bothered to do something

We will just have to keep pvp to a squad vs squad affair. It will be fine, if any other horde want to help Flumi then you will be very welcome.

Could always have the idea of a forsaken guerilla squad spooking about, as a small tactical group, perhaps doing hit and runs as sadly their numbers are not enough for open combat?
Pure speculation of course, but it'd be great if more of the horde could join!

Right Draft of the NPC roll/emote system...

Firstly do not auto attack them, we have enough hp that they can take a few swipes whilst we emote.

To kill an ogre you need a roll of 80+ (if 2 or more emote at the same Ogre you add the scores) 2H weapons or Duel weapons adds 10 to you roll.

To kill an ogre boss You will need 100+ (again add the rolls up)

If you fail to kill it and are in melee range or have aggro from a caster you must take a roll.

Cloth armour means you are IC wounded unless you roll 40+
Leather 35+
Mail 30+
Plate 20+
Shield will count as -10 to the wound level (ie mail with a shield will need 20+

For ranged your emote is combined with other attackers. If you get into Melee range you are subect to wounding.

After this process make a second emote.

NOTES

I am trying to make the system simple and risky and require team work to work. Any comments will be welcome, I will update the final rules to the front page.

I'm not part of this event, but perhaps give Leather & mail wearers also an easier time inflicting damage thanks to their increased mobility against slow things such as ogres. It seems mean to give them such a higher chance of injury without gaining something from the risk.

For once, a rollingsystem that won't get poor Khenny beaten to a pulp.
And yeah, Nathaniels suggestion wouldn't hurt, though it's a choice between keeping it simple, and added realism.

Edited the roll level for wounds and added a slight advantage to those without shields in attack.

A muster of the Forces of the north. We shall inspect, drill and march the troops, discuss tactics and systems for the army and forge these very different units into a weapon of war, greater than the sum of its parts!

Location will be Stromgarde. The Date, next wednesday the 21th, time... get there for 8-00ish for a sharp 8-30 start.

So far we have the forces of Arathor, (Stromgarde); the Forces of Lordaeron/Alterac (The Lordaeron alliance, the Ebon Shroud, Legacy of dawn)

Would the Dorfs be interested in throwing in with us or are you your own thing? Also is there any one RPing in Gilneas?
