Utterly scandalous! Let us indeed see how well his first place holds up now that that's leaked to the public.

What kind of magical device does he use for his guitar at the end of the neck? Does he actually use some sort or artifact to perform his magic? Tss, he needs to be re-educated, and maybe let him work out some more... No, I cannot see why he is the hottest. Just because he's in a band? Pah... he does not hold any power.... And I'm not even supposed to read this rubbish... But I am glad that at least some form of power in Quel'thalas gets rewarded, the Ambassador is on the list, even though not on the good number. And there is an admiral on it as well...

That obviously is hydraulic phase shift emulator hooked up to an arcanophonic resonance inverter instead of a transdimensional photon particle emitter. This allows manual wave particle manipulation in addition to will based mana configuration, instead of a new tower.

As much as I understand the lack of a second tower, and am aware of the possibility of it being a hydraulic phase shift emulator, true perfection does not come with cheap mana based pre-set amplifier or the manamatic configuration of such lutes. I myself am a bigger fan of the manual configuration done by strumming the strings of the lute itself by hand, like the laylines can be somewhat bend with the hands. The changing of the strings can be done with the same movement as strumming it, to create a spell in which the lute would correct itself as you play. That would be the skillset of a true artist, not some lazy sin'dorei that pretends to be the most handsome of us all.
As most arcanophonic mana-storage devices, such inventions are for the lazy. We command brooms with hand, we have the skills to actually summon demons and the mindset to overcome any obstacle, yet even the humans in Dalaran are not thát lazy to hold something that could possibly be some weird gnomish magical contraption.
But I am considered a conservatist in our society.

Manualy strumming the string in rapid succession results in manaspectral weave interference, wich gives way to frequency shifts that are dependant on the location. If you want to use it for anything worth the effort, then this can only be used in Spire approved locations. The shown combination, not only compensates for this, making it a much more practical instrument, the layering also enhances the average particle manipulation speed by 47% with a standard deviation of 11,34%.
And your comparison is curious considering you are comparing an object to an action. Despite that, the magic involved in the creation of the displayed instrument is much more complex than the animation protocol and boundary perimeters for a standard issue enchanted broom.

In laymans terms: Adjust strings with magic like a bauss.
