The Smoking Blade presents... (Event Tuesday 1/17)

The Smoking Blade, operating from the Slaughtered Lamb in the mage quarter, invites everyone to the first of its famed costume nights in the new location!

Our theme this month, for the merriment of one and all, is Priests and Priestesses. Come dressed as your favourite (or least favourite) member of the Church. Always wanted to wear a hat like Fortesgue's? Wished you could have yourself one of those shiny white Anethionean outfits? This is your chance!

There will be a prize for the best costume, so dig out your creativity. Half price drink specials plus the company of all your fellow pub-goers. Don't miss it!



What: Costume night at the Smoking Blade

Where: The Slaughtered Lamb

When: Directly following Tuesday's council meeting (approximately 22:00 or so)

Who: Everyone! even flappies! and gnomes!

Congratulations to our favourite Scarlet Bishop (Fortesgue) and most formidable troll priest (Valten)!

Great costumes, great crowd. Forte yelling about everything being unholy, and Ledgic and Ulrist brawling on the floor were highlights. I had a lot of fun ;D
