Or just a right click "report"/"report Spam" and blizz also gets to see what shit is being spewed. ONe day soon they MIGHT start taking their own integrity more than the money they get.

With how fat big-boned those guys are, I was kinda hoping for this instead.

The more I think about it, the more I expect Jade Empire: WoW Edition.

Some weird Drum and Bass dance would be awesome! But not very serene, more or less obscene..

If orc/tauren/troll/forsaken/human/dwarf/gnome/nightelf textures were updated to a more sensible standard, I would consider buying this expansion pack.

I don't see that happening though.

If i remember correctly, they said in Blizzcon they would and on more than one blue posts, when people asked about just that. But said to be patient.

They mentioned they've discussed the new models alot but is still worried about the reactions they might get because the old model might have sentimental value.

I hadn't actually thought about glyphs either. Not bad.

But I have thought about Blizzard giving players some type of options to choose between old/new character models. But I can imagine a dozen problems coming along with that, one being the fact that they'd have to get new armor sets working for both, especially if the new models would change dramatically from the old ones.

But yeah, don't think there hasn't been one year when there wouldn't have been a blue Q&A about character updates. Though you'd think that players bitching wouldn't be that big of a deal to Blizzard, with the amount of moaning and whining you see before/after each patch release. Hell, I'm pretty sure that a good amount of people would even bitch about free gametime. "Why only six months instead of one year?!" "Yeah! You should also give us a new pet in addition!" "Don't forget [insert something stupid here] !"

Also, while that's something I would really like to see happening for real, it won't certainly stop me from playing the expansion that delivers yet-another 'better' looking new race....especially since I've ended up converting most of my toons to gorgeous goblins by now.

Look it's easy. We factually know the following two facts:

- Monk uses a loooot of new animations.
- Lots of old models can be monks; therefore their models are updated.

We know played models added with expantions have been getting better and better.

There is a big chance that to make some of the new monk animations work, they will have to update the geometry of the model to add the additional bones. If there was ever a time and a chance to update the old ones, it'll be now, as they will have to tinker with them anyway.

I personally expect there to be slight geometry updates, especially in the facial-area, and a major texture updates. This is not fact, but given the changes we know are happening, such an update right now would be logical and economical.

That has to do with an updated model, too.

Well theyre slowly starting with those better textures they said and capes flowing along with spell casting, the items they're starting with is the pandaren belt.

Edit: They also spoke about doing such with future armour sets, like flowing chains crystals and such from other things than the shoulders and headpiece. So there certainly is motivation towards the better textures.

Both those examples had updated models too.
