Abulos Sunwing looked down at his own private fiefdom, nestled near the Western coast of Eversong. He watched silently as the Silvermoon Builders Association lowered the last piece of the larger than life statue of himself into place, fusing the chunks of marble together with magic to form a solid effigy of himself, veined with gold and positioned beside his ancestors lining the long paved road that cleaved the estate in two, a stone river between hillocks and lawns of vibrant emerald grasses. Before long, Abulos’ view of the estate changed, as the tower in which his study was located drifted slowly around the massive central spire of the Sunwing citadel. The grass covering the park below gave way to trees which had invaded the grounds through the high curtain wall, growing at an accelerated pace due to the magic seeping through the earth itself, and already what had been saplings only a week before had developed into towering trees with golden leaves. Abulos had allowed this encroachment by nature to thrive only because the trees provided the perfect complement to the somewhat ugly tor’s that jutted from the smooth turf like icebergs. The rocky hills were another recent edition to the grounds, having been created by Abulos’ groundskeepers to play host to the glimmering waterfalls that now constituted a quarter of the gardens. Cascading, crystal-clear water thundered down into deep plunge pools, churning the water around before spitting it out into the small brooks that littered the landscape like a cracked mirror. The tower slowly revolved around, Abulos surveying his domain with pleasure, allowing himself a rare smile. By the time his study had revolved around the central spire, the builders had left, the grounds were empty but for the few gardeners tending to the southern flower gardens and the few dragonhawks Abulos allowed to soar freely across the parkland.

The Lord Sunwing turned to his desk, where over the past week several hundred reports, testimonies and financial statements had been piled high upon the smooth mahogany bureau. He sighed heavily and sat down, pulling the nearest sheaf of parchment towards him and picking up the royal blue feather quill from its box, dipping it in sapphire ink before inscribing his name near the bottom. The edges of the parchment glowed a faint gold for a moment, and then faded into the Nether.

An hour later, a light knock at the door stopped Abulos halfway down a long list of figures. The magister looked up and gestured to the door, the carved wood swinging inwards at its masters command, to reveal the Spire Steward, bearing a scarlet envelope. Dar’leth Sunwhisper entered the study and crossed the marble floor, placing the envelope, bearing the seal of Sunfury Spire Abulos now saw, on top of his work.

“This just arrived for you milord. I took the liberty of sending the messenger to the kitchens for something to eat, in case you wished to reply forthwith.” Abulos slit the envelope open and read the enclosed letter, his eyebrow rising more and more.

Dear Lord Sunwing,
By the executive order of Regent Lord Theron, you are requested and required to sit on the Regency Advisory Council as his Lordships Delegate of the Magisters. Your skills, history and unquestioned loyalty to Silvermoon have all factored into your promotion to this Council. In addition to your position, your colleagues are as follows:
- Grand Ambassador Aishling Silversun of Zaram Felo
- Cirenae of Suncrown, Minister of War
- Tiffane Brightleaf of Sin Belore, Delegate of the Blood Knights
- Althaeron Ren’Seran of Quel Shindu Belore, Delegate of the Farstriders
The palace hopes you will find time to meet with your fellows before the inaugural meeting on Saturday at 9pm, to discuss matters pertaining to the continuation of Thalassian glory.
Sincerely,
Jes’pe Silverstrike,
Head Scribe to Lord Theron

At last, he smirked and looked up. “Tell the messenger to return to the palace with my thanks. And give him a gold piece.” Sunwhisper bowed deeply and retreated, quietly closing the door behind him. Abulos stood and, work forgotten, poured himself a deep glass of bourbon from the decanter by the fireplace, looking up at the portrait of his father that hung above the mantle, and smirked once more.

[H] Regency Advisory Council, First Meeting Empty Re: [H] Regency Advisory Council, First Meeting

Magistrix Aishling Silversun woke up around 9:30, late for the woman that usually decides to take a jog through Eversong Woods.
“Great, I’ll be late for the weekly Magister meeting, guess I’ll skip breakfast”, she spoke a little grumphy to herself. She got dressed and made way to the Sunfury Spire, home of the magisters.

The meeting she was attending was about the state of Quel’danil, and more so the lodge. The speaker, one of Grand-Magisters Rommath direct subordinates explained the mission to the magisters attending. The meetings never really were mandatory, but most magisters knew that if you weren’t there for whatever reason, you’d be less likely to get promoted.
“Wretched run through the lodge, demolishing whatever they can find. There are certain files there that need to be retrieved. We want magister Beland and magister Vilertia to be the persons retrieving the files. Magister Aishling, as one of our fel-experts, you’ll be tasked to take care of keep the wretched away from the other two magisters. Two Farstriders will join you in that cause, but you’ll lead them. Now, I don’t care if you kill them or give them what they want, but I want the other two magisters to be able to search without worrying about the wretched. We’ll leave in three days around six o’clock in the evening from Tranquillien. Suspect that it will take all evening to get there, so don’t make any other appointments.”

When the meeting was over Aishling walked out with a new mission and a pack of papers to read in preparation. She walked to her office, only to find one of the royal messengers in front of her door. “Yes?” She asked, her eyebrow slightly raised. The messenger held up a scroll wrapped in a red ribbon and spoke:
“Miss Silversun, I have a letter from sir Silverstrike!”
Aishling recognized that name, and it got her curious.. She opened her door with her foot and before the entered she said to the messenger:
“Well, you know how to read Thalassian right? How about you read the letter, I have my hands full, and I suspect that sir Silverstrike wants a reply, otherwise you’d leave the message in my mailbox.”
The messenger nodded, opened the scroll and started to read the message up aloud.

Dear Lady Silversun,
By the executive order of Regent Lord Theron, you are requested and required to sit on the Regency Advisory Council as his Lordships Grand Ambassador. Your skills, history and unquestioned loyalty to Silvermoon have all factored into your promotion to this Council. In addition to your position, your colleagues are as follows:
- Abulos Sunwing, Delegate of the Magisters
- Cirenae of Suncrown, Minister of War
- Tiffane Brightleaf of Sin Belore, Delegate of the Blood Knights
- Althaeron Ren’Seran of Quel Shindu Belore, Delegate of the Farstriders
The palace hopes you will find time to meet with your fellows before the inaugural meeting on Saturday at 9pm, to discuss matters pertaining to the continuation of Thalassian glory.
Sincerely,
Jes’pe Silverstrike,
Head Scribe to Lord Theron

“Oh… congratulations Lady Silversun. Oh, I’m so sorry! Grand Ambassador Lady Silversun!”
Aishling held her hand in front of her mouth, giggled softly and then nodded to the messenger and opened one of her drawers, getting the money for the messenger.
“It’s alright, for now Lady Silversun or Magistrix Aishling will do. Could you wait a moment? I want to write my reply.”
She had placed the reports and other paperwork she got from the meeting this morning and grabbed an empty scroll. A quill from her quillcollection came flying towards her and when she took it from the air the started to write.

Dear Jes’pe Silverstrike,
To start with, I am honored to receive the job of Grand Ambassador. I will not let the Regent-Lord down and hope that belore will guide me to remove any obstacles thrown at the glory of Quel’thalas.
However, regrettably, the magisters have requested my knowledge and skill on that day as well. I already made the preparations for that day, so I’m afraid I won’t be there to answer the questions of the sin’dorei people or other delegates. I will make appointments with the other councillors to meet them on a later date, and I will ask one of the councillors to speak on my behalf.
Belore will provide our people with the will to survive.
Yours Truly,
Aishling Silversun,
Grand Ambassador of Quel’thalas.

She read her letter once more and then smirked.
“Grand Ambassador Silversun, I like how that sounds.”
After signing and rolling up the scroll she gave it to the messenger and said: “Please, give Sir Silverstrike my reply.” From the back of Aishling her hand a gold coin magically ‘crawled’ from the back of her hand and gave it to the messenger. The messenger just saluted and made way towards the door.

“Now… the speech…”

I can’t be there I’m afraid due to a birthday celebration. I will give someone my “speech” to give so that rest knows I am not neglecting!

Cirenae glanced down at the fancy envelope that had been pushed under her innroom door in her absence.
"Hmpf" she muttered as she turned the letter and scrawled a quick "Very well" on the back, before heading towards the Spire herself to deliver her rather inelegant reply.

Althaeron sat behind his desk, his head rested against his seat. Looking down before him he let out a gentle sigh that seemed to ring out through the citadel. A mess of requisition forms laying across the surface of desk met him, seeming almost endless. Glancing to his left he noticed his bow and quiver propped against the wall, the sun shafts beaming through the stained glass windows of the citadel causing the gold inlaid phoenix that made his bow unique shimmer bringing a proud smile to his face.

A gentle breeze passed through the citadel as his advisor came into the room curtseying before him before holding out a rather important looking letter. "From Silvermoon itself my Lord." the girl whispered, her voice lined with curiosity.

Taking the letter Althaeron opened the envelope running his fingers across the finely written contents of the letter.

Dear Lord Ren'Seran,
By the executive order of Regent Lord Theron, you are requested and required to sit on the Regency Advisory Council as his Lordships Delegate of the Magisters. Your skills, history and unquestioned loyalty to Silvermoon have all factored into your promotion to this Council. In addition to your position, your colleagues are as follows:

Sincerely,
Jes’pe Silverstrike,
Head Scribe to Lord Theron

Finishing reading the letter out loud Althaeron turned to his advisor casting her a rather excitable smile. "Lady Sal'Aneth, if you would be so kind as to return to Silvermoon with my acceptance of this event I would be most thankful."

The advisor inclined her head before taking the letter from Althaeron. "As you wish so shall it be done my lord... Is there anything else you would have of me?"

Althaeron looked up at Ardiel nodding once. "Contact the Dark Riders. They will have to hold their ground in the Plaguelands until this meeting has come to a close. They must not give ground to those damned Alliance.. Remember.. The Plaguelands links our homeland to them. To loes it would be to lose grip on Quel'Thalas. Selama ashal'anore Lady Sal'Aneth."

The Lady elf scurried out of the Citadel in a hurry as Althaeron rose to his feet making his way over to his bow.

"It would appear..." He muttered to himself. "The time for the Phoenix to rise from the ashes has come.... Let us pray to Belore that we are successful..."

For immediate dissemination amongst the councillors.

The first meet was a too chaotic. We changed subjects before reaching a conclusion on the previous one, constantly.

That has to stop.

I'll trust that the Delegate of the Magisters will have proper procedures in place for the next meet.

Signed, Cirenae.

Maybe should consider having an agenda, maybe put it in public so people know what will be discussed.
