Most of the rejected names are either protected surnames (if fewer than ~200 has a given surname, it's considered protected by danish law) or are a, say, girls name that you wish to give your boy (you can't call your son Linda or your daughter Søren for instance. Yes, stupid parents tries to name their kids such). I've dug up a small list of names that was scrutinized a few years ago:

Fager - Rejected, protected surname (means Handsome in ye olde danishe).
Ankjær - Rejected, protected surname
Ridderbald - Rejected, not appropriate as a first name.
Gore, girl's name - Rejected as it's a surname and a boy's name in some countries.
Rune, girl's name - Rejected as it's a common boy's name.
Xeest - Rejected as it's too close to the protected surname Seest
Potte - Rejected as inappropriate (no, you can't call your kid Pot)
Selenia - Approved
Shuzo - Approved
Ignazia - Approved
Abdulhey - Approved
Homan - Approved
Zilia - Approved
Lotthe - Approved
