That was the most horrible thing I have ever seen.
And as a 13 year old boy with the internet...
I have seen alot of things.

The worst I've seen were:

1. a female draenei with a weird looking mutant child. Okay... sounds credible I guess... - But then the description continued and revealed that the father of the child was a pet raptor that had raped the draenei. /facepalm

2. a beautiful night elf woman who can turn into a crystal winged warrior!!1111



edit: I also don't understand why some people write obvious stuff on their flags.... "She has long black hair that she keeps tied up on a ponytail. Her eyes are brown and her skin is very pale."

Obviously not all of them Mr. White Knight but the vast, vast majority (Bar maybe Cell) have preety dire RSP's (Example: "Unlike other Death Knights is warm, kind and loves")

Then you can't label them all since Cell doesn't.

People usually nag at me for having a long one. I just can't help it, I want to make every little detail known. But there is in no way, anything that is other then a description. Was funny cause someone whispered me once and said "Omg noob youre not supposed to have your backgroundstory on your flagRSP". And I was like.. "Huh? I don't, did you even -read- it?" XD

Amusing as they are, flags like that are the reason I don't bother with those mods anymore.

I prefer not to. I always try to provoke a player into finding the details out themselves.. Though, in my experience I learned that many Roll players are perhaps a little to shallow in there roll to really invest time into finding that out. But if one player ‘bites’ most of the time an amazing rp-session rolls out of it. It’s a little like fishing, I guess.

I only point out things like a visible wound, or a jewel a specific weapon or item. And, an overall mood or expression. And behind this noticeable item, wound or expression a story waits to be released.

To me, RSP is about first impressions. A few sentences, not more, only the blatantly obvious should be there. Larger injuries, limping, posture and the like. Keep it simple IMO, it's much more interesting to learn the details about a character by actually studying his/her emotes and things like that.

Remember what kind of RSP I -used- to have on Dharum?

I try to keep it short these days, mainly just to state his dark iron appereance.

I once saw this girl, some really weird half-OOC name.. like.. Saíhna or something.. put her whole history in her bible-long RSP.. well I sure let her have it.. my my.. that'd sure teach her to never do that again.
