The Blackrock Refugees!

The prospect of going into Blackrock Mountain was not a pleasant one for anyone really. However, the Emperor looked at the mountain with a smug grin on his face. He remembered vaguely the tales of hordes of orcs and Trolls and other things coming from within the depths of the mountain, in mind bearing but one purpose. Slaughter and destroy all which stood in their path.
He closed his eyes and smiled, inhaling deeply the scent of ash and cinder which lingered in the Gorge. It was a beautiful scent to his nostrils. It was the scent of an ever burning flame which churns and burns. It took him back to the wars he waged. It had been too long since he last waged such a war and he missed it. He missed it dearly. The scent of blood on one’s hands and lips, the clamour of steel on steel and above everything, the panicked shrieks of the dying and wails of the wounded. Oh, how he missed all of that.

Opening his eyes, they were set upon the mountain again. There were Trolls in that mountain. And the folly of the Orcs had possibly led to their demise. As an Emperor, as a Shepherd and a God to his Empire, it was His sacred duty to look after his brethren. What manner of horrors would they face at the hands of desperate Orcs, Dragons and whatever other monstruosities may lie within the bowels of the land?
No. He’d not let this come to pass. He’d raze the whole mountain if need be. They’d carve through stone, steel and blood a safe path for those who wished to join them. This he swore to himself.

Turning to the Trolls which followed him, he spoke. “Gurubashi! Our brethren, the Firetree and the Smolderthorn have been led to their deaths by the Folly and Imprudence of the Orc. In the bowels of the mountain they lie, barricaded and waiting for certain death at the hands of Lesser Beings! Will we, the Empire, the last bastion of Troll Freedom on the world let this come to pass?!”
And the followers of the Emperor roared in unison, shrieking delighted, for bloodshed would soon come to pass, and the Empire would grow in turn from it.

The Emperor then turned to the mountain. “Let us march then, Gurubashi! Blood! Fire! Death! For the lost Tribes!”

Who are we?
We are the Second Gurubashi Empire, one of the longest standing Troll guilds around (made even before the start of the Defias Brotherhood server) and still going strong! What are we doing?!
It’s pretty simple! The Second Gurubashi Empire would like to invite you all, of the Troll community out there to come join us in a simple rescue and rounding up event, as well as making the presentation of our guild to Trolls from other servers and communities.

Alright, and how’s this gonna be done?
Well, it’s simple. The Gurubashi will gather up small teams to venture into BRS and the places around it in search for Trolls who may wish to escape the Death Trap which the Dark Horde has become and to come over to the lush Jungles of the Vale instead!
Basically, there will be several teams sent to the instance themselves or the area around the instance, searching for the Trolls of the Firetree and Smolderthorn tribes. Your role is to come around as one of those Trollsies and be rescued, if you so desire.

Alright, say we want to participate, how do we go about making our background?
That is simple, first and foremost your Troll should belong to either the Firetree or the Smolderthorn Tribes. These two forest Troll tribes have fought besides Zul’jin during his alliance with the Horde, splitting off from the Amani influence later on, to join up the Dark Horde in the second war, believing in the ideals of the Warchief over those of Zul’jin and the Amani.
It’s only natural that after years of siege by both the Alliance and the Horde, the Trolls there would wish to find themselves a way out, as well… when Death’s the only thing on the menu, everyone knows it’s high time we go eat elsewhere!

Hm, sounds intriguing! And how do I go about joining?
Well, to join the events, you just have to log on a Troll and come over to Blackrock Mountain, where our members will happily aid and clear the area for you. If you mean, how will you go about joining the guild, Second Gurubashi Empire, that too is rather simple! Ahaa, I see now! And when is this going to be?
This event will take place on the evening of next Friday, the 17th of this month. You’re just welcome to come and check it out. Time and place will be inside Blackrock Mountain, namely the entrance to the Spire as well as (should some characters be levelled enough for it) around 20.00 server time! We hope to see you there!

Well, that shouldn't be a problem. The area outside will be cleared for lowbies which fancy coming along and the day after we'll be moving out. If you fancy, meet up with us on Saturday at 20.00 in the outer ring of the mountain and we'll fix you up

I would have loved to join if i could, but im leaving for university in England the next weekend so me and my friends are going out on a minor drinking binge friday and saturday.
