I use a combination of base paints, drybrush, inks and highlights. At least I did several years ago before I started WoW.

Haven't seen blue used that much on Dark Elves, but as with almost any colour. It looks good on the Druuchi master race.

Huh, cool. Haven't bothered painting my Dark Elves yet. Been to busy putting together a Mordheim warband instead, because while I love the WHFB world. Fuck the ruleset. Fuck it with a god damn chainsaw.

Though, it is stupidly satisfying pimping your way across the battlefield on a raptor, wearing a dragonscale cloak, beating the snot out of your enemy, nicking his stuff and in general being a magnificent bastard of a pirate.
