Warhammer online anyone?
Given the recent offering of the endless free trial, I thought it might be an idea; with the whole Cata-blue issues that some of us installed it and had some Warhammer fantasy rp? Or rvr'd alittle together. thoughts, feelings?

I'm currently downloading it (slooooowly). I'd be up for atleast trying it out a few times. I read abit about the races that are available and since none of the greenskins can be female, I'm thinking of Dark Elf, but I'm afraid that it might be extremely overplayed like BElves.

I've trialed it just now on a Dark Elf Sorcerer. It's good (and this is coming from someone who hates the heck out of other RPGs due to poor animation and graphics).
think of it as being somewhat similar to WoW, only in the Warhammer Universe. the graphics are somewhat worse, but the controls are good and I love the Sorcerer's battle system (Overly-powered abilities, but with a chance of backlash upon casting so as to equal the odds somewhat).
Regardless, due to poor graphics, I'mma sticking with WoW.

I liked the game quite a lot. The mechanics were okay, the graphics pretty good (no way are they worse that WoW, it's a matter of style that people prefer WoW - compare a screenshort of a WAR orc to a WoW one!) and the RvR was much fun at peak times, if often rather unbalanced.
However, don't expect much RP (there are no RP realms left), and servers are very very quiet during off hours.
