I think lini was refering to the fact that terminators (in the current edition) use their stormbolter in one hand, allowing them to use another weapon in the other (usually a powerfist, like on the picture)

Geldar is saying that the Terminator's on the picture wear the Aegis armor, which are psychoconductive filaments and amulets; anointed and inscribed with prayers and wards, ritually consecrated and psychically charged and working in tandem with the Grey Knights' formidable psychic powers. They look a tad different as the Grey Knight terminators have their storm bolters wrist mounted, which allows them to use both hands for the Nemesis Force weapons (usually formed like a spear/hailbard)

And then pointed out that older space marine terminators looked a lot different from the current ones, which spawned this misunderstanding in the first place.

If I remember correctly the point with that picture is that the Kroots infiltrated there. Problem is that the entire enemy army is in reserves but can't be deployed because the Kroots occupy the table edge. No troops on boards = Lost game.

Hence the grin and the two guys checking the rules.
