W-PvP Event: The Battle of Halaa

Even though most of the Alliance and Horde forces are fighting in Icecrown, we still have fights in Outland.
Halaa is a valuable source to both of the factions, as it is used for trade, easier routes to other zones and a strong factionary influence in the area.

This time around, we're going all out. This time, 60 of both the Alliance and the Hordes finest, will struggle in a fight for honor and glory. A friendly battle for those in the Alliance or the Horde, who are good friends with each others. But a deadly and lethal ones for those who dislike the opposite faction.

The Battle for Halaa will take place on Sunday the 21st of February, 19:00/7:00pm server time.
We'll group up in Shattrath. Horde group up on Scryer side, and Alliance group up on Aldor side.

The minimum requirement for this fight will be level 65+, and a maximum size of 60 players on each side.

The battle will consist of 2 battle. One where the Alliance attack and one where the Horde attack. The one who conquers Halaa in the quickest time, will be the winner.
Although, I have something planning if it ends in a tie.

You and your guilds are welcome to do this all ICly if you like, but don't get angry if the opposite faction will be unfair to you.

However, I do incline EVERYONE to FIGHT FAIR! Be respectful to each other, and don't corpsecamp those lower level than you. Keep it clean for all time.

There will be no money or anything in price for winning this. Only the glory and the fun memorable aspect of it.

Right now, I'm gonna ask for some representive for guilds to promote this event in their own guilds. Spread the words and help making this a day to remember.

Thanks for putting the event up on this forum Damor.
However we do need to have someone from the Horde side to promote this event, or else there won't be an event.

Still it's two completely edited pictures. The red one got wrickles and scar on her face. Really deep blue eyes.

You can definately see the differences.

But let's talk about something else, the topic at hand.

This event has been cancelled, due that I cannot find anyone from the horde side who would want to promote this event.

The event has been postponed for now and will be taken up at some other point.

I thank everyone who has showed the interest.

Just turn it to another event, for example a raid in Orgrimmar.

As a raid to Orgrimmar could be fun, it's not what I had in mind. At least for me, an epic battle for Halaa would be epic, since I've had many battles there during TBC.
