CCing RP'ers.

I don't ever attack a roleplay event OOCly.
I can attack it if say the whole situation are valid and we have enquired information of Horde meeting and we gather a party to fight them. We show up in rp gear and fight them. It's all IC. It's not wrong.

But I don't ever oocly attack roleplay events. I never CC unless the person in say attempts to fight back and I am forced to take his/her life again.

I do CC, as Veia said. If Myself or friends are being CCed. Eye for an eye.

Uhm'uhm.. Think that's about it.
(I do have the tendancy to kill people if I see them in contested territories. Sometimes I do it ICly, or OOCly. Deppends on why I am in the zone and who the target is.)


Anyway. CCing/Ganking and ruining of events is wrong, wrong and again wrong. Spineless and pathetic. There's no reason in the world to sink that low to even consider ruining one. Because then you're not worth to get any RP in turn.

I attack anything of the opposite faction that I come across without caring whether they're role-playing or if they're questing or whatever.
I don't ever camp though. There was however one person who thought I was camping when I was actually just staying nearby because I had to kill 12 stags and he kept respawning.

The point is - To me, this is both a role-playing and a PvP server, so I will attack people in the game-world when I see them. If they beat me, hey well done, if not, more fun for me.

None of it is out of malicious intent, or meant to grief, it's plainly and simply for own enjoyment at pvp

Ive actually only had good experiences on this server with possible Gank/CC possibilities.
Example: when i was in Stromgarde and the lovely lads rp'ing there let my elf go into the room they were in and finnish my quest without tearing my shit to shreds.

Pretty much what Avaiel said regarding the RP-PVP server, It's that type of server. People need to understand that, accept it and get over it. Heck if your being that badly corpse camped you can always grave spawn, hearthstone, or relog an alt for awhile.

If it's red, it's dead. But I don't camp, because I'm always paranoid they'll get friends and do the same. ^.^

Plus I'd rather not waste my own time wasting someone else's... That and I'd get more honour from a single 10 minute BG than from camping the same 80 for an hour or whatnot. Seems like a rather pointless practice to me. I PvP for fun and lolz, not out of malice or hatred for the opposite faction.

eurgh T_T Myself and a guildie were getting ganked by some OOCers when we were at the Horde camp. I logged a horde alt and tried to reason with one of them.. unsurprisingly to no avail. In fact, after politely asking him to stop, I just got poorly constructed, nonsensical sentences in return. "U are at RP place so kill u cuz we can do" <-- along the lines of that. So, I wanted him that we'd open up tickets on the basis of them violating harassment policies - targeting RPers etc. Despite our warning, they persisted. Now, well over 48 hours later I'm still waiting for a response to my ticket. As for my guildie, he was issued a response after 48 hours saying "blah blah blah, we don't deal with issues that can be resolved with PVP, blah blah blah".. so he responded, stating that they were targeting and harassing a select group of people (i.e. RPers) to which he was promptly given the response "blah blah blah, we still can't help you, sorry, blah blah blah". Blizzard customer service fail T_T *repeatedly slams face into desk*

Yeah.. To be honest, when I do get CCed (which isn't that often cause I stay in major cities usually), I just log off and go to another character for a while until they get bored. Trying to log a Horde character to reason with them (or Alliance one for that matter), just makes them have all the more fun, and GM's doesn't give a shit anyway. Sad truth for us RPers. Either we gotta learn to be PvP pro's ourselves, or we're doomed!
