[A] Attention Mage RPers!

Now that I have your attention.



If you've ever said your mage is affiliated with the Kirin Tor, why don't you put your magic where your mouth is?!

Basically, myself (Alorah) and a few others are trying to get some Magic/Dalaran RP on the go.
Not only is it a magi paradise, but it's also a CAMPUS!.. Well, to some extent; without the pot-smokers, dirty teenagers and beer cans. We're a little more refined with schooling than that. Yes, that's right folks. We'll be RPing Magistrates that are offering teaching to people who wish to RP apprentices, but woah there. This whole idea is still in the preparations stages, so we're looking for mage/archmage players that specialise in one of the following magic schools to RP a tutor for apprentices before we start to actually go ahead with this idea.

This is what we need!:
Abjuration - Arenfel Serpentine
Conjuration - Ethalira Sunspark
Evocation - Elder Orthur Thorgint
Divination - Oressia
Enchantment - Lycos Duckbane (Nalcourne)
Illusion - Alorah Starwhisper
Necromancy (DATDA) - Drustai(?)
Transmutation - empty

People that want to teach will be required to have a basic knowledge of Dalaran/Kirin Tor lore and a basic knowledge of what you want to teach. (Duh)
You'll be required to make your own lesson plans when this does eventually kick off, stuff that can be discussed at a later date, but my advice is just make it up as you go along. Just keep it fun, and don't blow a hole in the ceiling. People requesting to be teachers will also have to have played a mage character for a while, just to assure they have an understanding of how IC magic works.

Once we get teachers, we'll also be looking for apprentices. So if you're thinking of rolling a mage alt and don't know where to look for training, look no further.

And what's more, even if you don't want to teach snotty rich brats, but would still like to be a part of the Kirin Tor Organisations' rp, that's alright too. Just say below, and join the channel.
Please note, this is an opportunity to actually put some RP under your belt and not just say your character is a super-duper archmage. It's much more fun to RP it out. So when we get the ball rolling, we'll be looking for apprentices that are willing to learn ICly.
The schooling will involve lessons in Dalaran, field trips, have events involving magic RP etc.

P.S. - We're not a guild, we're just an open organisation. So tutors/students can still be involved with their guilds and play a part in the kirin tor.
Also please not that this whole organisation is very new, so we're open to any suggestions anyone has to offer to make RPing better.

Skarain could teach Evocation expect...

1.) She is wanted by Stormwind.
2.) Lacks all kind of "proper" training.
3.) Is currently what you call a hedge-wizard.
3.) Is most likely busy with other things.

She could guide fellow sorcerers though, since there is -no way- i would not be involved in anything including Magical RP

Skarain has only been using magic for a year or so. She's not qualified to teach anything atm. She has very little proper training. She's only as good as she is because of her raw talent, rather than education, thus lacks the ability to perform a teaching role.

Closer to two years actually. And that is what i meant with "no proper training". Raw talent is good but not enough for everything.

Most likely. Having her blood to do scrying on gives a small advantage.

Can Ethalira be Conjuration?

Guess I could pop along to see whats what at some point mage aint the best ut there so guess I couldpop along and maybe learn some pointers or something.

When the same AVi was Horde a Blood elf she was a Magistrix too.
Ethalira Character, is a Magi Arcanist... I used to RP on Argent Dawn, ages ago. But when moved to Defias Brotherhood, I stoped and create dnew charcters. You seen my style of rp, I do listen and take suggestions and so forth. Zaliss at you're judgement.
