My point with the childish statement above, is that It's not going to solve anything, at all. But nevertheless, it is understandable. Lets hope it somehow gets solved smoothly. Best of luck to you guys, Chapterians.

Not acknowledging them will get nobody -anywhere- and we cannot have some members of the council RP'ing with them and some not. Yes, the trial did not end well, yes the punishments were crap. But we cannot start ignoring them because of it.

This is how RP breaks down and withers away, so, before you decide to just ignore everything said and done by them, think about it.

People are free to do so as they wish, Jehorius and I cannot blame them for their decisions. But what I say has been discussed and agreed with the current Chapter leader, Osmand. We will not go out of our way to interract or more like 'controll' the Chapter RP as we`re claimed, and vice versa with them not bothering with our business. What I mean, is that noone will bother them regardless of what they do, they are free to RP as they like/wish. But I simply repeat, we -will- not go through this again, EVER. I dont only mean the trial, but the last 6 months. Simple as, and that will be final until the near future where as explained, hopefully paths may cross under more pleasent circumstances, but as it is now. I do not think so.

I know what ye meant Geldar, and I understand why some choose to do it the easy way. But as Ledgic said, it kills RP. I personally don't think It's a way of solving these kind of things, but then again - I 'fled' myself. I'll just shush now, as I don't want to be misunderstood and accidently annoy or anger anyone else more than what already have been done.

Matter is settled. Fresh start, but I simply do not feel like going through all of this again once more as the public witch-hunts, alt riots for giggles, public shootings and all the crap the Chapter got trialled for begins again (if it does). If not, I stand corrected. ICly I will not interract but will aknowledge their presence, their decisions and RP but I simply will not deal with anything they might do.

May I remind that this all started with metagaming and lore raping from the council in the first place, not matter what excuses you have it was all lore raping and meta gaming.

What bothers me most is that you are abusing your powers on an ooc level aswell. You are destroying a guild just like you have done before at other guilds. If a gathered all the people whom I have discussed the council with, I could create a VERY LONG list which deserves WAY MORE drama then this matter. But.. it would be stupid of me to bother.

Led, I think what the gentleman is trying to explain is that its our own fault for taking action as a reaction to their own actions and with that its lore raping and meta gaming. Maybe he was perhaps refering for the excistance of the Council as lore raping and metagaming too? But if we apply that logic to him aswell, his guild shouldnt excist aswell as it was lore raping too.

Lashing wouldnt have been bad tbh. And it's not like it'll will take weeks to be done, or kill your char.

Our own members get imprisoned -out of suspicions- not even evidence, and then they got off that easily? I'm sure this verdict will be used in alot of coming cases to get off easily.

My stay on defias brotherhood hasn't been of a large amount extreemly long but so far I have noticed a returning pattern of that whenever the council's feat were struck by abit of heat from a rapidly growing guild. They decide to do all in their might to prevent a mass outbreak

Unfortunately the laws were more or less ignored, but in Terenor's defense, the amount of lashings from those verdicts probably would have killed each and every one of them.

Oh and Mordov, way to go buddy. That couldn't have been more childish.

People. This is why we can't have nice things. I wasn't there nor do I know even the most miniscule details of what went down but from reading all this all the only conclusion I can draw is that some people are taking IC to OOC and others are in return taking OOC to IC, and for that, I can only say I'm disappointed at all involved.

I had expected better.

They're part of the order now, though. Partaking in stuff that the law/Stormwind would deem wrong. Since it was the order under trial, it's really irrelevant whether they were there or not at the time, they're part of it now.

What Led said. A little unequal justice would've made more sense than a slap on the wrist, anyway.

As you mention, you haven't been around too long. The Chapter is not innocent in a matter of destroying peoples fun and RP. I personally don't care how big a guild is, if it is breaking laws, and if it wants people to take it seriously, it does have to take consequences to its actions. Its quite simple.

I personally don't care how big a guild is, if it is breaking laws, and if it wants people to take it seriously, it does have to take consequences to its actions. Its quite simple.

And it did take. It created the Trial, surrendered, and took what the judges decided. I beleive you are angry, since they didn't decided what -you- wished them to decide. If you define how good RP is by wether it went good for you or not that good for you, its a lost case.

Actually I think she was merely saying that the punishment should fit the crime, and that there should be a little IC justice, not that she wanted the Chapter harmed.

RP without concequences wouldn't be rp. Though being after the destruction of a guild(Hereby using OOC methods from what i've heard and seen in a few cases) Isn't something that's going to increase the fun of this server. RP is already slowely thinning out, I mean goldshire...Argh sorry; Cathedral already has alot less people then it once had. I don't think that at this point, we can afford losing many more RP guilds.
