Comic Relief

Recently I decided that Anaei could serve me in so many other ways with her professions. So I began planning a fishing contest for Stormwind. However, the hostess has grown from a one thing into a proper character for me. Today I was told someone asked Saihna, "Why OOCers were in Koa" because I was attempting to sell fish at random. Given it was a 'sensitive QQ' moment. But is this where we are? That a simple fisherwoman with an alcoholic knife wielding left-eye fetishest lobster can't wander round selling fish and annoying the hell out of people because she'll be deemed OOC and told to 'Go to Goldshire with that shit'?

Rant over.

Because everyone knows only one sort of RP should be tolerated!

No, seriously. One Goon came up to me and started suggesting that 'I could do with an extra hand attached to my chest through surgical means, just in-case I needed it'.

People just see crazy things as being OOCtard-like, just because a bunch of people attempting to make fun of it cocked it up.

Drop the odd stuff on the lobster and you'd get less QQ.

I think aslong as you make it plausiable in the lore, you should be tret seriously, and roleplayed with. 

Because people are so paranoid about the Goons that everything slightly out of the ordinary is labeled OOC.

Frankly, I love Alex Fitzgerald. And leave Pinchy alone.. He enjoys White Wine. I'll confine ehr to to the blade.

What are you guys on about, really?

I'm not sure what that has to do with the Goons either. And I don't see anything wrong with your idea, nor with Pinchy being a drunk (on white wine) lobster. Infact I think thats pretty cool.

I've always played Gruff as unhinged. He has a lab rat with a gnome's ear attached to its back and wires in its brain, that think's its sentient (if that makes sense), and believes it is channelling the power of a rat god.

More crazy. So long as it's done well. Crazy is hard to play well, odd lobsters and fishy ladies could be cool.

Nothing wrong with comic relief, but it seems it works better with Gnomes and Dwarves...
Maybe use another char for it? While you may name yourself different, people will still see An and think you are OOC'ing, confusing.

I tend to use more then one character on one of my toons also at times, simply cause well.. My character list is now full and I can't make any new ones! Which I think is Blizzards fault then. You should be able to have those 50 characters on one server if you please I think! Or at least more then 10. 10 is sooo little for us nerds who somehow find themselves manage to use all slots and still need more.

Beware your phrasing. That description can apply elsewhere too, not just "nerds". And 99% of the people would most definitely not have time to call them "nerds".

On the charecter slot note. ..I only have 2 charecters I RP..infact, 2 charecters I play at all.

I know right? My druid can't even sell apple juice in tree-form!
