What's the thoughts of creating a guild/group about hunting down Wanted posters and such. That meaning you'll have this group of mercenaries doing the Wardens quests scattered across the map. Everything would be taken IC, and the most important part would not be the destination but the journey.

Whats your thoughts of it?

Your topic title I find missleading.

It can be done. World Quests in general would be nice to be done IC, either as a dedicated mercenary guild, or simply a guild taking up the contract and going out hunting.
