Let the black blades be drawn!

A message is slowly being spread through Alliance towns and settlements, starting from the northern parts or redrigde, but soon reaching the walls of taverns all the way to the capital and beyond. A small map on the note points the reader towards the outskirts of Elwynn forest.

Knights of the Ebon Blade, fellow witnesses of the miracle at Light's Hope, fallen heroes of the Alliance and all things living.
My brothers.
Many of you may not know me, but we've fought alongside in the greatest battles of our time. New wars, allies and goals may have driven us apart, but it is time we once again assemble.

The truth is, as many of you know perfectly well, that a few rotten apples among our numbers slowly are turning Alliance mainlands less accessible to us. The cities many of us died to defend, no longer welcomes our presence and how can we blame them, when the largest group of our kind they see has abandoned everything we believe in? Renegade death knights have roamed Stormwind and it's surroundings before, and they do so again. But an Ebon Knight who's gone renegade, he is no longer a knight. He is Scourge, and his continued existance is a crime against our planet punishable by death.

To stand against them, to demonstrate to our living countrymen that we are not their enemies, we must form an Ebon Embassy in the southern lands. A democratically controlled unit of Knights working together to root out all of ours gone rogue, training the locals to defend themselves against the undead and helping secure our homelands of old, once and for all. But first and foremost: One consensus of Ebon Blades, making sure the traitors within our ranks get out of our lands, or get a head shorter!

My brothers, dead, we may be. Shunned by our families and friends of old, unwelcome where we should be praised as heroes. We have given everything and more for our cause. And even so, our old allegiances need us to give more. I ask much of you, but on behalf of our brotherhood and our order, in service of the Highlord himself, we can do more! Remember Light's hope, remember the war for Icecrown, remember our victories, together we shall claim ever more. Let ebon justice be served, by sword, by flame and by our faith in the cause!
