Howdy! for those of you not fully aware of what this is about, check out this thread!

http://www.defiasrp.com/t4871-a-project-rural

For those of you who are, the aim of -this- thread is to organise people and even guilds (if willing) into filling paticular spots in the geography of the project.

Using this initial post with regular updates i can show who exactly wants to be where. Furthermore, this project is VERY open to suggestion, so feel free, Nay compelled, to suggest any jobs/positions/places you would like to work at/out of. i'l try and post up any folks/guilds i already know about roleplaying out in the sticks.

Lastly, when i'm satisfied we have enough participant's i'l see about setting some events/regular nights we can all act on this, so here it goes!

Elwynn Forest:

Westbrook Garrison - <The Disciples of Light>

Eastvale logging Camp - <House Stagholm>, Mikhael - Travelling healer.

Northshire Abbey - <Chapter of holy Anethion>

Tower of Azora - <House Mistmantle>

Westfall:

Moonbrook - <The Great Sea Bucaneers>

Redridge:

Duskwood:

Many Gilneans and other citizens live in Eastvale already, using the available houses frequently. You best speak to these individuals before you rant at them OOC with the reason 'BECUZ IT UR HOUSE!'.

you make it sound like its an inevitable thing, Either way it is possible for more than one group/person to be in an area at once.

Though i am intrigued as to why Gilneans would be living in Eastvale to begin with *shrug*

Laying claim to an area is drama from the start. It's best to discuss this briefly OOC, before you hit heads IC and discover the person that lived there for ten years was a squatter, after all!

Furthermore, why Gilneans would live there is irrelevant to this discussion. I simply stated 'Gilneans' because I know many Gilnean role players who's characters live there.
I could ask why your "Noble House" lives in a 'logging camp', but that might just be a tedious question.

Who said anything about laying claim? I certainly didnt, good to see you conjuring up gremlins where there are none. And do feel free to provide me with the names of said Gilneans so i can talk to them and discuss the matter, I'm aware theres been alot of hub-ub about people using the same 'spots' lately, an example would be that ship in stormwind harbour, and thats something i would very much like to avoid.

All in all, the idea is to pin point places you would like to RP, not where you want to 'own'.

(Incidently I use the place as Buckholme occasionly but meh, a hub is more important than my part time useage so im out)

House Mistmantle uses the Tower of Azora. And has a big (invisible) manor around it. Also some of the farm houses crossed the road to the south, the House conciders to have.

This is a nice compilation your putting together showing the established guilds already in the area's. I've noticed most guilds have already moved out of stormwind quite a while ago and stormwind seem's just like a gathering point at times! Nice to see roleplay becoming big again untile MoP hits. Wonder if the criminals will move into westfall.

You should do this for horde instead, more rp hubs on horde please!

I've considered it, but the angst between some racial guilds and getting a good location is problematic, undead and blood elves tend not to want to hang around the crossroads ;o

There's plenty of people that uses Eastvale from time to time including House Mistmantle for plot purpouses. It's just the same as the fact that there's others occasionaly using Azora at the moment, it all comes down to never actually being able to properly claim a "spot" at all. If you see someone using a place that you have used/want to use just contact them ingame and discuss it, it usually works out fine you know Razz
