I've yet to see anything in-game or in lore to suggest that racism among humans occurs based on skin tone, or that skin tone is even an identifier of ethnicity. I'd call the colour of Gilneans' skin a non-issue.

They'd be racist if they added dark skins anyways, as if they add them it'd be to avoid discrimination but that would be in fact "good" discrimination in itself as they wouldnt really want the skins but do so to please everyone.

Humans were never really that 'dark'. If there was a race that came from the sands of Tanaris they'd over time develop darker skin, however ARathor was a NORTHERN, COLD nation. The Arathi Highlands are akin to medival England, and all humans were united there before splitting off to different cities. There are simply not enough black human npcs to actually be able to contemplate many of them. Spanish-Skin tone excists alot in npcs but pure black? More like albino-black in the sense that every now and then one is black.

Black people are depicted as trolls, like Native-Americans are depicted as tauren. Both savage species of humanoids. And that's just racist! Cracker-ass game developers...
