By the way, does anyone know if manor Mistmantle in duskwood will be mob free or not after the shattering? I know that there will still be a stalvan quest but that there's a new questline for it that involves getting Stalvan up from his grave outside of the manor and killing him again but that is all I know.

It'll either be Nightwatch or just hostile again.

There's another quest where you go ress Stalvan and kill him again. Yes, Manor Mistmantle was merely a setback.
