What is a Creative Agenda?

Me and my RL friends frequently play PnP together and then we speak about our (as a group), and individual, Creative Agendas. While that site specifically mentions PnP role-playing games, it is applicapble to all sorts of role-playing.

Gaming Theory is a useful resource and it helps people put words to what they already know, define their role-play, increase awareness of other forms of role-play and help communicate your creative agenda to other people. I highly recommend reading up on this.

Why define role-play? If you frame something you get bound to that particular frame. Which means you limit your creativity, in a sense.

I'm not planning on reading through these articles since they are a bit too theoretical for my taste mind you, but I'm just curious.
